The position, the space and the green

I didn’t like that wine I wrote to reservation desk I was told about not availability of rooms for 2 people, and through Booking there was one which was indicated as a triple room. The fact was that it was a double room big 20-22 sq instead of a double room big 18sq. Their triple room is not big enough for 3 beds but for one double as well as really small for child over 5 year old. We could have saved some money if receptionist Natacha had been more efficient!

Location just above botanical garden is what I really like about this hotel.

Gym is very small. Would be handy to have in the room iron and iron board. During breakfast, stuff was acting confused, having arguments in front of us and shutting down one coffee machine 10 min before end of breakfast. Late with clearing plates from guests who already left the breakfast. They could use some hospitality training.

Pool and gardens were excellent. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The restaurant food at evening could be better. The bar closing time could be 30 minutes longer, particularly during the rugby world cup.

Magnificent place with beautiful views, great poolside to relax, hotel very clean and comfortable staff very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much ☺️

It's a good 25mins walk from centre of st Maxine, very few café and bars around, good if you want to get away from the crowds but you need a car

The location of the hotel is excellent with wonderful scenery of the adjacent Botanical Gardens. One huge bonus is how calm and restful the complex is. The pool facilities very good The location of the hotel within a gated community leant to a good feeling of security.

i had an excellent stay at this property. the staff are super nice and attentive. its a few minutes walk from the beach. My room view was amazing.

i didn't like the breakfast option, very limited. The furtnuire are a bit old.

Good location just outside of main town but well located near beach. Really friendly staff , comfortable and a great pool area.

Very little , look it's rated as a 3 star but it's better than that. It's simple , clean and comfortable.

Location, Scenery, Garden, Pool and View were amazing - overall good value for money!

Room size, condition of the hotel (not very new), spa was not meeting expectations. Pool bar was not meeting expectations. Restaurant and breakfast were very average, could have been much better.

the room was great, a lot of space. bathroom was super clean and big. the balcony was nice

There was no reception in the room at all, even if we used the hotel WI-FI. I would expect from the hotel to inform us that kind of inform. Also, a lot of loud noise in the morning from other rooms, seems like the cleaning stuff.

Very good breakfast. Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean room and bathroom. Nice poolarea.

The bar did not open until 16:00.
