The owner kindly waited for my very late arrival, when my plane was cancelled due to a snow storm. He was very attentive during my stay. The breakfast was good, and very fresh. The location was excellent, with shops, coffee shops and restaurants, which was important as it was only a B&B. The town and area has a robust history with World War II D Day, and the premises reflects their pride.

The room was rather basic (but very clean in all respects) and it would have been nice to have had a comfy chair to relax in and a small chest of drawers. The church clock striking every hour could also be a bit noisy.

Location near the church and the airborne museum. The shower was great, clean and with good water pressure.

Towels were air dried on a line and rough like sandpaper and mismatched in colors. My wife was disappointed that there were no cups. The guy running the place was a bit rough but accommodating. I recommend that you emphasize that late check ins are not permitted.

Excellent location in the center of town and right across the street from the 101st Airborne Museum. Helpful staff.

The building was built in the late 1700's and it's a bit dated. The walls could use a bit more soundproofing as well as some place to hang your clothes. Place didn't open up until 5pm so make it a long day at the D-Day beaches.

I really like the fact that the proerty was in the town square and opposite the church, the owner recommened a restaurant, two minutes walk from the hotel, we enjoyed our meal so much, went back the following night. The owner of the hotel was friendly and helpful, very pleased. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing!

This is my second stay here, the place is beautiful, rich with history. The property was built in the late 1700’s. You are minutes walk to anywhere in town, I highly recommend this property.

Fabulous location

I'm not sure breakfast was worth the cost. Eating area/ Conservatory with tables locked early so could not use it in the evenings with friends or family. No tea or coffee facilities in the rooms.

fantastic location beside the church. Great breakfast too. The lady who runs it has no English, but she is an expert with her little hand-held translator! She was amazingly helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, and the little restaurants in town are great for dinner.

nothing really. You can't check in before 6pm, but there is a really good pub 30m from the hotel to wait it out with a good glass of wine.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Arrived by bike and there is a location for cycle storage but the manager moved my bike inside at night for added security. Room was clean and tidy, good breakfast

Lovely hosts to greet us. Ensured we understood all of the information. Lovely location and set up of the room.

Unfortunately the church bells are very loud and go on for quite some time starting am 7am. Nothing the hosts can do about that though!
