If you like typically french and quaint this is lovely. The rooms are all separate around a small garden. We didn't know the hotel at all having just picked it for an overnight stay, and when we arrived it wasn't what we were expecting. It does have a feel of a chambre d'hote as it only has 10 rooms and each are individual. We asked to eat in the restaurant, but there is no choice and luckily it wasn't anything I was allergic too. The food was good and tasty. One thing disappointed us - we had advised them that we were travelling with our dog who is blind, and we were given a room that we had to go up a curved staircase too. We had to carry our dog up and down the stairs as she couldn't have coped with them. I would have appreciated the owner getting in touch and explaining that we could have another room that was suitable for our dog, and given us the chance to choose to keep the one we'd booked. We did speak to the owner when we checked out about this and she was very helpful, and explained the set-up of the rooms to us. As a plus, there is good secure parking, and only 5 mins to walk into town (7 mins back!).

The rooms are spacious and the interior is very well selected. Everything is clean, high quality and sustainable care products. The owners are exceptionally friendly and passionate hoteliers, generating a feel-good atmosphere. It is one of the rare moments where you find a home like place while travelling for work. Very attentive staff. The breakfast is outstanding and worth the money, with a good variety.

Working in the room is not very comfortable, due to the small table.

The welcome was warm and the staff friendly and helpful. Our Superior room was large and very clean and the bed was comfortable. The swimming pool was a good size, well maintained and in a lovely setting. The sunbeds had thick mattresses and there were pool towels provided.

I would normally prefer a buffet style breakfast as I prefer to choose the items and quantities that suit me.

We have stayed here prior on our way to visit family/friends. It is an easy walk into town and lots of reataurants or window shopping to stretch your legs after a long drive. We had the same room as last time which has ample space and is very comfortable. The staff are friendly.

I wrote the hotel prior to let them know we were bringing our dog again, confirming the cost which I did not receive a reply so I assumed like last time there was no cost. unfortunately it is now €15 per night for a pet which is quite significant....we always take our dog and the range is generally 5-10, average is €8 as a supplement.. They said it was the new owner and for cleaning the room but there are no carpets in the room. It seems the cost has increased overall as 2 breakfast (standard French) and two small glasses of wine plus the dog increased our bill from 179 to 229. It is a pricer hotel but it always seemed worth it but now unfortunately it has lost its appeal.

Everything. The service was always available but low key. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was the best meal we had all holiday. Really enjoyed our 2 night stay here.

The size of the room, cleanliness, garden, the staff, the food, and the massage!

Only things is that the walls were a bit thin and I could hear noises from outside.

The location was fantastic! Breakfast great and priced very reasonable. The room was large and very comfortable. Secure parking with a gate and password. Easy walk into the city centre.

Seemed to be a lack of communication between the staff. I wrote we would be arriving at 530pm, which we did, however the person we sent the message too was not aware of our arrival and wrote at 915pm assuming we weren't there yet. Otherwise a great find!

The hotel was a close walk to the centre of town. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Delicious breakfast on the terrace, lovely pool. Wonderful, welcoming, friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble, thank you! We would definitely stay again.
