If you're a cheapskate like me, this no-frills hotel is ideal. I got a last minute deal on a Monday night, so possibly other travelers will pay more, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality I got at the low rate. The receptionist (who I assume is also the owner/manager) was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is a short walk from the major attractions and public transport. I'm not a cyclist, but noticed as I checked out bicycles available in the foyer.

There's no lift, so you need to be young and fit enough to handle stairs. I got logged out of the wifi login page a couple of times, but that just required login in again.

The location of this hotel is absolutely brilliant, practically in view of the train station and really near the town centre. There's no denying it's basic but it's honestly perfect if you're on a bit of a budget. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was great and it was faultlessly clean. The staff were really great in communications before I arrived and very friendly throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet location close to the railway station. Efficient and courteous staff to take our bicycles when we checked in early. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Breakfast was limited for the 8 Euros charged.

Nothing comes to mind, except maybe the plumbing, which was a little loud.

Fair quality-price relation, excellent location (ideal if you're a fan of Candice Renoir because it's literally right behind the filming studio! ;) Very easy to get there walking from anywhere since Sète is very small and the train station is right in front), friendly staff, super fast Wi-Fi.

The only thing I found extremely underwhelming was the petit-déjeuner. No fruits, no cheese, no charcuterie, no cereal... just bread and hot beverages. Not sure if really worth it for 6 euro. Would be nice to have more variety even if for a bit more money. Also, the room walls were extremely thick. I could hear conversations from rooms across the hallway. Too noisy even for someone like myself, speaking as someone from a very big city who usually doesn't mind the noise!

For the first time, when staying at a hotel, the WI-FI was the best. In addition to that, the comfortand cleaniness of the room and the whole hotel.

Simple but comfortable room, 7 min walk from the Sete train station. Very friendly reception: due to works on the railway we arrived after 8 pm but after phone contact we teceived a door code through email through which we could get in and to our room. Good breakfast with cheese.

A hair dryer would have been nice.

Great family run hotel in the centre of town, 5 minutes walk form the train station, very convenient. The staff were super friendly, welcoming and very professional. The room was very clean, we even had a little balcony! Good AC, great shower, good bed, can't fault it. The breakfast was very good, at 6 euros per person you couldn't ask for more: coffee, orange juice, fresh bread and croissants served with butter, jam and Nutella, perfect! Lots of restaurants nearby and less than 10 min walk to the sea front, can't recommend it more, especially for tourists travelling by train, ideal location next to the town theatre. Also, so close to the 'pointe courte' area located behind the train station, fishermen quarters with lots of character and nice restaurants. What made it special was the smile and great hospitality displayed by the whole team, thank you!

Romain was very helpful, cordial, knowledgeable about Sète. Breakfast was good, location, too. Cafés, restaraunts a minute walk. Next time in Sète, will stay here.
