My two teenage boys and I stayed for 9 nights at Aiguille Percee. This hotel is excellent - room; cleanliness; sauna the adjacent plunge pool and bucket shower are in a beautifully designed facility with towels and bath robes provided. The bar and dining room are laid out as an alpine lodge with a roaring fire next to the bar, which this is really. Breakfasts offer a large and full continental alongside hot for boiled/scrambled eggs, bacon & sausage. We paid for dinner b&B. The hotel has an agreement with 4 other hotels/restaurants whereby you ask to reserve a place for dinner at one of these for a maximum surcharge of 10 euros a head; we took advantage of this at Campanules, Levanna and Arbina, all within 70 meters. This gave a variety of eateries, which were all excellent. What blew all our minds is the young, skilled and committed staff; they are all exceptional. What comes across is they are a close knit mutually supporting team, which give a strong feeling of camaraderie. We definitely would see if we can return to Aiguille Percee on our next visit. We do thank the staff for making our stay so positive.

The staff, in particular Aude on reception and the bar staff, were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent.

Only small gripes: the ski room could do with some heating for the boots. We were in a room overlooking the front of the hotel with a clear view into the opposite apartment building. A voile curtain to provide a bit of privacy as we went to and fro the bathroom would have been welcome. The egg holders in the boiler on the breakfast bar could do with some colour coding or numbering so guests don't get their eggs muddled! Bananas would be a welcome addition to the fruit bowl.

Perfect location, on the slopes, ski room at front of hotel, getting on the slopes each morning and returning was totally pain free. The food was excellent, great breakfast and lovely demi pension suppers (delicious steamed fish, pineapple ravioli for dessert! see photo). I enjoyed having a hammam and sauna every evening too. Staff really helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend

Not much, other than there being only one small lift servicing the different floors. We prefer using the stairs anyway, but you can only to get to the boot room/ski locker by lift from your bedroom unless you go out the front door and down into the locker room, which we did on occasion but not ideal if wearing your slippers down to the boot room. Everything else was brilliant.

The staff at the reception (Aude, Clara) and at the restaurant (Yann, ...) were nice and responsive. We also enjoyed the quality of food at breakfast and dinner (halfboard). We got a room with a mountain view as booked. We could have used some chairs on the balcony.

The smell in our bathroom... Two times, it was attempted fixed. Would require more invasive work in order to be fixed. We recommend to have rules for the wellness area (how to use it and hygiene rules) and the showers heads need to be fixed.

The current owners of this hotel took over in December 2022 and some of the reviews are of the previous owners. We were blown away by the friendliness of the staff, the location of the hotel (less than 2 mins walk to two main lifts in Tignes Le Lac!) and the food, which surpassed our expectations for the cost of our stay (tartiflette, steak, fondue, beef bourguignon were all highlights). The breakfast buffet is tasty too. The sauna and steam room are great after a hard day’s skiing although there were no robes or slippers provided (this may change though as staff are aware). Definitely try one of the hotel’s sister restaurants for an extra €10pp - we enjoyed an excellent raclette meal at La Chaumiere.

Robes and slippers would have made the trip to the spa less awkward, and a kettle in the room would go far!

The staff are wonderful. The breakfast was varied. the views are perfect.

My room was advertised as sleeping 4 adults, with 3 rooms. As a father, taking an 18 year old daughter on holiday, I was hoping that we had separate rooms, for privacy. She would not like to see me getting changed, and she was very uncomfortable with me being in the same room, as she got changed. When I saw the accommodation had 3 rooms, unlike the 2 room alternatives, imagine my confusion when the bathroom and the w/c were two separate rooms and the sleeping area only one. Bathrooms and w/c areas in my experience are most often in the same room, hence my presumption that the 3 room option lead me to think I would have two sleep areas. This was not the case

Very good location. 2 minute walk from the lifts.

The bed was not organized every day and their sheets always came off the bed (resulting in us sleeping on the actual mattress with no bad covers). The pool was not heated and the staff kept providing contradicting pieces of information (i.e., one mentioned there is a malfunction and the said they turned it on and the pool will be warm in 24 hours).

The location is excellent; practically ski in and out. The breakfast was just perfect for a day skiing and for all ages. The spa was a welcome haven at the end of the day and very well equipped with steam room, sauna and pool. The staff were super helpful; booking a transfer for us, restaurants and helping us to find everything in town that we needed.

Nothing.

The property is ski in ski out, all amenities are close, the facility was very relaxed and had a welcoming feeling to it (very chalet). The food was excellent and there was a varied menu. The staff were friendly, helpful, efficient, caring and lovely. They made our stay very enjoyable. 👍😊

I would have liked boot warmers in the ski room but it didn’t affect the overall wonderful experience.

We booked this hotel last minute and got an excellent half board deal. The rooms were well equipped and the bathrooms were spacious. The location was fabulous, just a couple of minutes from the ski lifts, ski shops, supermarket, restaurants. and central bus station. Both breakfast and dinner were great every day, and the Christmas eve dinner was exceptional. The lounge bar area was lovely, especially with the open fire, and the men in the group enjoyed the pool table. We also enjoyed the spa area including the loungers and the sauna.

The rooms that we had were quite small (I believe there are other sizes available). The swimming pool was also rather chilly.
