Well laid out room, if on the small side and with limited bathroom privacy. Beds comfortable, location excellent and staff really helpful and friendly. The location really can't be improved on (1 min to lift, bars/restaurants/supermarkets/pharmacy even closer), and the spa facilities (sauna, tub and steam room as well as chill-out area) much appreciated. Food also uniformly good, from generous breakfast to cocktails and great set-menu evenings.

As mentioned, room is relatively small with limited bathroom privacy. Go with a good friend! Ski locker makes up for this, in fairness . The balcony also means board bags etc can be stored out there. If you drive to Tignes expect a reassuringly expensive parking bill for the underground parking.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Even prepared us a lovely coffee and snack before we left for our early morning return journey, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel breakfast buffet was really nice with lots of options and the food in the restaurant was also a good standard.

Room was quite small but perfectly serviceable, however a bit too warm for our liking. Shower/bathroom area was nice but lacked some privacy in the corner of the room. Missing some tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Breakfast, staff and location was superb. Ideal for our group of 10 for 4 nights. Good bars nearby and the slope is 50m walk away. Spa is nice enough for 12 euro an hour but nothing special. Great value for money (jan offer) and whilst small, the rooms were decent and kept clean. Huge Thanks to the member of staff who gave us a tip where to go when it was windy and bad weather, we skied all day in mostly sunshine when the other area lifts had to shut! Breakfast was very good. We ate in twice for dinner, food was spot on and reasonably priced.

Visited in the summer. View from the balcony is incredible. Very comfortable beds, from which you also see the view. The common area is fantastic and not at all crowded as they don't sell dinner during summer. You can, however, buy food from elsewhere and eat it in the hotels dining area and enjoy the view or comfortable interior. Brunch is very good, although pricey. Generous bartender. All the staff are great at English and signs/menus are translated too. Plenty of electrical sockets to charge both phone and smartwatch in the night - not usually a given.

The bathroom is a little strange. The door doesn't at all close fully, so you can enjoy the sight of each other pooping. Our room got flooded with water along with all shoes and bagage, because the floor somehow lets the water run out of the shower. No chairs on the balcony, which was a shame as you could sit and watch the view for hours.

Have stayed many times . Very efficient and friendly staff . Modern clean environment. Food very good . One negative and it may be because the start of winter season is the temperature of the dinning room . It is not warm enough . When sitting eating you are subjected to icy drafts as there are a lot of doors and no system in place to stop the cold air blast . In the evening we ended up eating with multiple layers on , and the food got cold quickly as a result of the air flow. There needs to be a downward warm air system above the main door to stop the temperature drop.

Lovely modern rooms with amazing views, ideal location close to ski lifts.

The lifts could do with being updated, very slow. The spa area was an extra cost of €12 each per person, as a paying customer I would say at least one free entry should be provided. The boot room is quite limited on space and right next to the restaurant with no changing space.

Comfortable rooms with terrific view over Le Lac. Great location very close to the main lifts. Good sauna/steam and hot tub. Easily accessible ski locker with heated rails for boots.

It was very early season so new staff were still getting up to speed. I would have liked a chair in the room. The cooked breakfast could have had a little more variety.

Room was really nicely decorated, underfloor heated bathroom, good shower pressure. Amazing sauna and outdoors jacuzzi with a lake view to die for

The steam room bench in the soa was full of water, seems like a design flaw or drainage problem… I didn’t use it, but otherwise the rest of spa was nice. Reception probably needs another person at busy times as queues were long and slow

Real gem of a hotel with easy access to all of the lifts, shops and restaurants. Vanessa and the team were incredibly attentive and welcoming, with nothing being too much for them. Room was really cosy and warm with a great balcony with a view of the mountains. I would definitely stay again! Highly recommended.

The view was incredible, location was perfect. The decor is modern, clean and comfortable.

Shower cubicle leaked into the bedroom. Unable to book a table for dinner even as a hotel guest. We were asked to move from a table where we were enjoying drinks the minute dinner service started, without even asking if we wanted to dine. There wasn't a gluten free option at breakfast.
