Wow. Loved it all. The room is basic but really doesn't mean much with all you get. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the dinner is a sit down 3 course meal and you have 2 choices with each course to choice from. The food is very good as well. The staff is the best. Its a small hotel so you will see the same employees for breakfast and dinner. They are very friendly and the manager is always around to make sure things are running well. The location you can't beat. From the locker room and you walk right on the slopes. Grocery store and activities about a 5 min walk.

With the hot tub was a little bigger. 4 people are allowed in at once and it would be a little crowded at that.

This was a last minute booking and it really felt like we had lucked out Almost everything was excellent about this hotel, the food, the location, the relaxation area and not to forget the staff who were all excellent If I was to be critical on anything then I would say the rooms are a little dated and ours was quite small. It had 2 single beds and a bunk bed and while there was only 2 of us in the room would have been really tight with 4 including gear But that aside I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for something right in the slopes in VT

The bedrooms could do with an upgrade (at least the one we had) - not sure if others in the hotel have already been upgraded as lobby and restaurant and relaxation areas had all clearly been upgraded recently

Location is great with ski in/ski out option. Slightly further up the hill from the shops and bars but only a 5 min walk. About a 15 minute walk from the bus station. The spa is great and a lovely way to relax after a days skiing, we used it every evening. The food was lovely and they catered for vegetarian, the drinks in the bar were also very reasonably priced. The staff were professional, friendly and always happy to help. We would definitely stay here again.

The pillows were very soft so we asked for extra, which wasn’t a problem.

The location: Ski in/out; 2 min walking from central medic, place do buy the ski passes, ski rental and a few restaurants; I like the 3 meals dinner that was included in our reservation; The spa was great as well;

The hotel does not offer spaces to interact with friends, for play some games for example; They have some seats at the reception but that’s it; They also don’t have a lot of flexibility if you want to invite external people to have dinner at the restaurant due to space limitations.

We recently stayed at the Alberta Hotel and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was very cozy. I also appreciated the variety of amenities offered, such as the jacuzzi and sauna (try the tea). The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was enjoyable, including providing a delicious chef dinner. However, I did notice that the room could have been a bit bigger and modern. Overall, I highly recommend the Alberts Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The location was great, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were top-notch."

The staff were fantastic, the breakfast and dinners were great, and the ski in ski out location was perfect. My room was clean and comfortable.

My room was below the kitchen, so there was some foot traffic noise before breakfast and during dinner hours. However, the room was quiet during sleeping hours. For the nightly rate, I was expecting a bit more luxury. On the whole, though, I really enjoyed my stay on account of the prime location, the staff, and the delicious food.

Hotel staff were exceptional as most reviews mention. All staff (reception, restaurant, bar and cleaning) always had a friendly smile from the moment we arrived to leaving. Also offered a breakfast as we were waiting before breakfast opened due to early departure. We opted for coffee and juice, which was most welcome. Great ski in/out … easy to come back at any time through out day. Will come back again.

The hotel's location allows for ski-in and ski-out. Very nice. The hotel fee included breakfast and dinner. The hotel's restaurant did an excellent job in serving meals. The sauna room was nice. The hotel room felt old, but it was clean and nicely arranged. I didn't feel like I was crammed in a small hotel room. The pillows and bed were very comfortable. It was easy to walk from the hotel to the town. All of the hotel's staffs were very friendly and helpful.

I had to carry my 3 cases of luggage up to another floor after I checked in. I wish it had a lift. Also the skis and boots were stored in the ski lockers which were located at the bottom floor of the hotel. It is three floors below my hotel room. No lift in the hotel is somewhat inconvenient. I wish it had a tea pot in the hotel room allowing me to cook hot water.

Location was excellent. Staff were friendly and attentive Views from room were amazing. Hotel was charming

No hand soap in bathroom. No shower rail for shower in bath. Pillows were small and uncomfortable Half board was on the minimal choices. Shower in spa area was not working properly..

Breakfast and dinner were good, good choice of food and drinks, good view from the dinning room, friendly and good staff

SPA. To small and many people stayed longer than they reserved (half hour). Usually, they were loud, and didn't have respect for other people in SPA. There should be staff in the hotel who control more often SPA and activities in SPA.
