I love this hotel and stay whenever I am visiting family. It is very clean and comfortable and the staff are wonderful. I was visiting a sick relative who had requested freshly squeezed orange juice. When I asked where I might buy some they insisted on providing some for me at no cost to take to them. It was a very kind touch and greatly appreciated. .

The motion detected light by the door in the rooms. This can be very annoying at night as it is quite bright. Lots of reviews have mentioned these, hopefully the hotel will make it possible to turn it off.

A little gem in downtown Bezier. Lovely room with all facilities and comfortable bed. Nice light french breakfast. Heated pool and sun loungers a bonus on a lazy day. Off street covered parking available at a price.

Not exactly located in the best part of town though we didnt have any problems at all. Bit of a hike to get to very center of town. Motion sensor light in room is too bright when heading to the loo during the night.

This is my very favorite hotel! I loved the decor, very contemporary, the artwork, the outdoor tables for breakfast, the blackout blinds for a good sleep, the lights that lit up around each door when we got off the elevator...All the design elements were considered and one didn't need to be an electrical engineer to control all the light switches and individual thermostats. The breakfast was perfect: the coffee machine that made a variety of coffees, freshly squeezed orange juice , the must have croissants and huge variety of breads and cereals all displayed in a very artistic way.

The only thing that I didn't love was the 15-20 minute uphill walk to the Old Town.....Alas!

This beautiful contemporary hotel strikes a perfect balance between modern elegance and comfort. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable. I was impressed with the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms and public areas, which added to the overall feeling of luxury. The breakfast was a delightful experience, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right. What truly set this hotel apart, however, were the amazing art pieces displayed throughout, which added a unique and sophisticated touch to the ambiance. Overall, Hotel en Situ is a gem in Beziers, blending art, comfort, and top-notch service seamlessly.

One aspect that could be improved is the design of the showers. Although they're sleek and modern, the layout isn't particularly smart. I found that water tended to splash all over the bathroom floor during use. This design flaw, while not a dealbreaker, did detract from the overall convenience and comfort of the bathroom facilities.

Room was pleasant enough, Staff very friendly and helpful . Had a garage where we could keep hire bike for the canal du midi

Automatic light that wnet on when you went to the toilet is outside so if you had not woken the other half intially you probably will have. No sink in the toilet so had to walk around to the other side where shower was to wash your hands. nothing major though.

The property was very clean and functional A beautiful original building with a pleasant pool and breakfast/ bar area complimentary lemon juice for guests to help themselves to whilst at the pool Great location for exploring The staff we had contact with were very nice and helpful .

The hotel has been renovated the rooms are very modern and have a very corporate feel . The room we had was very small had it not had a balcony we would have had to move . It definitely lacks character which is such a shame as it’s a beautiful building The area beside the pool needs attention it’s a bit shabby where the old sculpture once was . We had breakfast on the first day it was very expensive for what it was .

The hotel is beautifully appointed and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff at reception were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was outstanding.

The hotel is situated a relatively short distance from the centre of Beziers. Whilst the walk is not demanding the area is not entirely comfortable for late night walking. Having said that all the local people we encountered were friendly and helpful. So, perhaps, perception is the issue.

This was our third stay at this hotel. We have found it a perfect location for access to central Béziers (on foot) as well as for Grau and Cap d’Agde towns and beaches. It is a modern hotel with comfortable air conditioned rooms and secure parking. Breakfast choice is excellent and staff very courteous and helpful. The swimming pool is an added bonus. We highly recommend the hotel.

Perfection, simple as that. From the welcome to the farewell nothing was ever out of the question and everything was of the highest standard. If it was possible we would have extended our stay. This is a hidden gem in the middle of a very old city.

Whilst the area surrounding the property is somewhat rough-and-ready, at no time did we ever feel uncomfortable unwelcome or under threat, and we love our midnight walks. Sometimes you get to see things you would normally miss.

Very stylish hotel near to the arena. The hotel has its own parking garage. Our first room was in the main building but we aksed for change, because we could not open the window. The second, more spacious room located in the new building with huge, openavle window. Breakfast was good, beds are very comfy. Staff is helpful, highly recommended hotel in the town.

Some little things, like the open which is not openable, the electric shutter was tricky.
