The hotel is in a huge and gorgeous old building. With a great location and enough space for parking. All the staff was nice and super friendly. The room looked ok, the bed and the pillows was comfortable and I love that they have a big blanket because I don't like when is 2 small ones. I always appreciated when a hotel has a cozy bar and a good restaurant.

The toilet was in a small separate room, without hitting, so was so cold. And you could hear when the people in the rooms above used the toilet because of the sound of the water when the flush was turned down. I guess both rooms shared a plumbing.

Functional, clean, well located (bars and restaurant in immediate walking distance), nice staff, microwave available.

While a microwave was available, there was no cutlery or plates to be found. Also, no fridge in the room, which is understandable for the price, but would have been helpful.

The hotel was charming. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were helpful. The hotel was well maintained inside and out.

Just a warning after we waited for the bus for an hour. The bus doesn't stop directly across the street, one can catch it a short way away.

Super friendly staff. Nice small town. No street noise as the actual hotel building is in the courtyard. Our room was quite recently renovated and clean. Good location close to the Northern end of the Alsace Route des Vins. Good selection of cheese at breakfast.

Breakfast was a little limited (no eggs or fresh vegetables or fruit) but that is rather common in France.

Winter duvet too warm and the shower had a broken nozzle holder.

the bed was very comfortable the room had a bath tube and nothing is better than a hot bath after a full day of traveling the location is very good, in the heart of that little city, relatively close to Strasbourg by car

the shower hose wasn’t long enough for the shower ending to hang properly on the wall the bath tube had a plastic curtain to prevent splashing, however it wasn’t effective. a sliding door would have been better.

Perfect location for a stop over during a trip across Europe. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was tidy and clean, the bed comfortable, very quiet. Private parking on site is a plus.

The room was recently refurbished: clean and warm when I arrived. As I travelled on a National Holiday day the staff sent me all details to access my room in the morning, and that is a good start. The new beds are very comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food in the restaurant was amazing.

The cleanliness of the room. The carpet needs replacing as very dirty and the plughole of the bath was full of hair. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain. It was a shame as the rest of the stay was amazing.
