Incredible design, beautiful rooms, a very comfortable bed. A lot of entertainment inside available for free — a PS4, air hockey, table soccer. 4 electric scooters to stroll around the city are available for free. A very nice dog and birds welcoming you. And what a view over the sea! This was the best sunset we've ever seen. Very welcoming staff.

Restaurant food could be better, but it was ok (7/10). The hotel is located in the very end of the sea-facing boulevard, so it might take some time to reach the main attractions by foot, but you can of course take an extremely cheap taxi, not to forget there are electric scooters available free of charge in the hotel.

Our stay at the hotel went perfectly - the room exceeded all expectations (we were pleasantly surprised by the view from the room - which was not so impressive in the photos, but was absolutely stunning in reality). The location suited us perfectly, as there is a nice quiet park and beach right next to the hotel, but if this is important to someone - the hotel is not located in the very center of the city (although it is not far to walk to the center). By coincidence, we needed to use an early paid check-in and extend the room for a day - the hotel staff helped us to do this easily and without any problems. Also beach towels are available for guests free of charge (if you, like us, forgot to take them with you), and there are various entertainment stuff located in the lobby - kicker, gaming console, various books, chill zone, etc. In the room itself and throughout the hotel, the interior design is excellent - very beautiful, but at the same time calm and minimalistic.

Everything was just wonderful. It is a very cool hotel in the 37th floor of a skyscraper. Very stylish. Service very good. We will be back. It is on the beach with one bigger street in between. We rented bicycles and rode down the beach promenade at night. Very nice. We loved the hammocks in the room and the very spacious bathroom. Just heaven. Highly recommended.

It is a bit far away from the old town. Coming at night we had difficulties to find the entrance. There was some information fromvthe hotel, but I saw the message too late. Parking is on the street. The hotel does not have a parking area.

A lot of entertainment possibilities, there is a nice bar, PlayStation, music room with vintage music discs, lounge areas etc. Nice view of course and very clean. Free ice cream, beach towels, sunscreens and other fun stuff. Staff helped with a little request. 🤫 Positive experience overall, we recommend! We felt boujee and cool.

It was difficult to know who is the staff. They look and act like regular people who are staying at the hotel. So I was shy to approach staff. There are construction works happening during the day in the building and around. It’s very hot in the bathroom. Kinda ok when you wanna take a shower, but not ok, when you want to take something else there. 🤫 The hammock was uncomfortable, couldn’t use it, was expecting that there would be chairs and a little table maybe on the balcony.

The hotel is hands down incredible. The staff went out of there way to be sweet with our daughter, the details are wonderful like a movie room with snacks, a music room with a piano, and everything is so clean. The tile design in the bathroom is very cool. The breakfast is delicious and they have coffee table books everywhere that make for a very nice vibe to eat breakfast, drink a cappuccino from their in-house barista and look at the ocean view while reading a beautiful picture book. Highly recommended.

The hotel is great - it is located on the high floor of the building and is easy to get to - though it's not in the city center. on the appropriate floor everything is quite new and accurate. The room itself is not really big, but quite cozy - we had room with hammock and it added much coziness to it. The cafe is great - it's a pleasure to be there, they have a terrace with a nice view on the park and the sea. They even have a vinyl player with great collection of LPs! It was a nice surprise to listen to a pink floyd concert while I was there. Staff in the cafe was also super nice to me. There is also another floor with a game room, etc, but we weren't there. Hotel has electric scooters and allows to use them and also provides beach towels. I can definitely see how much love has been put into this hotel. I would say that this hotel is by the young people for the young people and has a lot of charm. I would definitely stay in it in the future.

At the point we were there cafe's selection was quite limited: no beer, no ice, nothing. It was a disappointment. But it happens. Also, sometimes the staff of the hotel was not very nice to us - I don't why, may be they were tired or something.

Mindblowing views, minimalist interiors, quirky frills. Admittedly 37/38th skyscraper floor views of the Black Sea and a minimalist decor makes this hotel an obvious winner. In addition there are quirky frills such as free ice-cream, unlimited supply of mineral water bottles, beach towels with SPF lotion (summer 2021), a ping-pong table, PlayStation 4 and a piano (to mentioned a few).

Nevertheless, at this steep price point (in Georgia) this hotel doesn’t focus on luxury, but more towards minimalist design and quirky service/frills. More of an Ace Hotel style experience than a 5-star luxury stay. The reception area is very small, and is usually crowded with people, espresso pod machines, ice cream refrigerators and escooters being charged. The lifts work intermittently with very long waits (summer 2021). Room lacks safe or kettle, but does provide a neon of an beautiful Georgian letter. In other words – expect a fun rather than luxurious experience.

Amazing view, if your room’s heading seaside. Large common lounge zone, rooms are new and have interesting design, the hotel has Body shop cosmetics in the bathrooms. All the rooms have mini-fridge. In standard double room you have 2 desks for work, and a lot of storage space. In the Luxe with bathtub you have bathtub (suddenly :)), kettle and coffee machine and a lot more space. On the 37th floor Wi-Fi works well. We would stay here again.

Windows in the building are not designed for the windy weather. If there is stormy wind outside it’s like airplane taking off in your room, very noisy. But it’s rather the problem of the Orbi Beach Tower itself, than a hotel. In the Luxe room there is not enough storage space. You have just 3 small shelfs to put all your stuff on. On the 38th floor Wi-Fi connection is really poor.

Location Hotel is located in the quite and remote part of Batumi, with a beautiful sea and mountain view and just in front of the beautiful park. Seaside, where you can rent a scooter or a bike to get to the Old Batumi or to the European Square, is in 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel. Seaview It, actually, should have gone first. Absolutely beautiful. You will not regret those hours spent on the balcony sipping wine or tea, for sure. Staff Georgians are well-known for being welcoming. The guys working in the hotel are not an exception. Always kind and willing to help, good job! Roomy accommodation The remarkable feature of the rooms is their space. The rooms are also well-equipped to make your stay comfortable. Don't refuse yourself in a pleasure of having a vibe in hammock.

1. The hotel is located on 37-38th floors of the building, which undergoes construction and refurbishment. Sometimes the noise may spoil your vibes. 2. There have been no individual hygiene sets for the guests, so bringing a toothpaste, brushes etc with you would be a good idea. At least we were not offered them. 3. One thing that may be annoying to the other types of travelers we are is that the hotel in a remote part of Batumi, a little bit too far from the picturesque centre and the Old Town so you will have to walk around 45 minutes or drive by car or by scooter around 15-20 minutes to the central streets for having a meal etc. The remote location may also additionally decrease the time you can spend sightseeing or walking along the beach during covid restrictions.

Very nice Hotel aimed a the young and hip crowd. Room was comfortable and clean. Loved the Hammock in our room. Management was excellent and attentive however some members of the staff were not the sharpest tools in the shed. Breakfast service starts at 9:00 am but Georgia in general begins its day late. One morning we waited 40 minutes for our breakfast order to be delivered. The management stepped up and comped the meal. They were also helpful in connecting us with a driver for a day trip. I would say the property is well managed and accommodating and the view of the Black Sea from then37th floor is wonderful. The hotel is a GREAT value and I would recommend it.

The bathroom in our room had a heavy mildew smell which was eased each day by the excellent cleaning staff. I do not think this is a problem with the hotel or it’s staff but rather a problem with the building. Closing the bathroom door and leaving the vent fan on pretty much alleviated the problem.
