The hotel design is very attractive and beautiful: the hotel rooms, lobby, restaurant and SPA zone! Everything was clean, accurate and harmonious. The breakfast is adorable, I loved it, delicious and various, cosy atmosphere. SPA included during the stay is a great bonus for sure. The stuff is amazing! We also had a wedding dinner in the hotel restaurant, and the organization was absolutely professional! Truly recommend the place!

Just one moment regarding the conditioning system and in-room windows. One window was a little bit grazing throughout, and it was not warm for me in the room in general even with condition turned on. Perhaps it’s just the single case.

- The dancing fountain music was really disturbing us tell midnight although we were in high floor . -The breakfast was good but with no alot of food choices and no alot of variation and was finishing early ( we came at 10 and every thing is almost gone ) - the curtain was not blacking out the sun

Very nice hotel. Friendly and polite staff, large clean room. Everything in the room is well thought out, which is very nice. Comfortable spa (pity there is no window to the street).

The usb charger socket was broken, which made the phone in the room not work. It's no big deal. It was not very convenient that the washing facilities (shampoo, shower gel) are fixed in the shower room, i.e. it is not possible to bring them to the bathtub. How do I take a bath then? I had to ask my boyfriend to wash my hair :) Also, there were no tooth brushing kits in the bathroom. We only discovered this when we went to bed

The location and the size of the rooms were great. Twin beds size is very good. The bathroom size was good (shower and bath). Staff was very nice and upgraded my friend’s room no charge for their honeymoon.

Housekeeping wasn’t as expected, had to request reception to send housekeeping to clean the room every day, the room wasn’t cleaned, only the bed were organized and towels were replaced. The bathroom didn’t even had a brush to clean the toilet. Breakfast was good but expected it to be better.

Seriously attentive staff in relation to Georgian standards... the brekkie buffet is worth writing home about... wonderful sauna + indoor pool and the spa was incredible... also the cocktail bar had incredible bartenders, very talented. Highly highly recommended, many personal touches and this hotel aims to please above and beyond. Rooms are very spacious and well-designed and quiet.

They did not let me charge my my drinks at the hotel bar under my room as apparently I had not given provision from my credit card during check in for extras. I had no idea it had to be done and no one asked me when checking in that i indeed needed to and whether I wanted to make provisional payments for such additional extras in the hotel.

Room: clean beds are comfortable the extra bed (if needed) was not bad and fairly okay amazing balcony with city view and slight of see view clean bathroom with nice shower wardrobe: there is a good size safe that easily fit my 12-inche MacBook along with some extra stuff next to it utilities: Decent restaurants with good prices excellent spa (my friends and I really enjoyed the massage sessions), mine was hotstone massage done by Ms. Maia and it was great (hint: if you tthink the the. massage is not as strong as you like just tell them and they will adjust accordingly), the receptionist of spa Ms. Maia was also super nice and professional .. All staff were really professional with pleasant attitude .. location is great! near the shore and in a very safe area, close from main attractions in the city by walking or short car drive (however it depends on where you are interested to go)

the toilet did not have bidet sprayer otherwise it is a good place to stay in, would definitely choose it again if I visit batumi
