I must say a majority of the score goes to their staff - very responsive and helpful and willing to take time to solve guests’ problems. Secured for us a taxi transfer in the dawn to the airport. Great service overall. Other than that the location is great, and the room is spacious.

Soundproofing is not ideal - if there is any event in the parking space, all rooms may be affected.

Nice hitel with very clean rooms. Small balcony without a breathtaking view but it was a balcony. My host drove me around for two days to all the highlights in the region for a reasonable price. He’s a very charming, enthusiastic, intelligent man with love for classical music, a good sense of humor and very aware about his country.

The breakfast. Everything was there, but the room wasn’t inviting, to many people in a little place. But maybe I had bad luck, maybe it’s me.

-Location is just in the city center. -Exterior is awesome -The hosts help you about car rental. -The hosts are kind and ready to help. -The room was quite big -Price/performance ratio is 9/10

I stayed at room 11 -The room and the wall of the room were a little bit moist. Water was dripping from the one point of the ceiling. -You can get only one cup of tea or coffee for free at the breakfast. -There is not nightstand next to the beds in the room where I stayed.(room 11) -The shower head holder was broken and it made difficult to take shower.(room 11)

Really good service there: Owner is very kind and, I suppose, his family is wonderful! Amazing people! They allowed me to check-in before the official time Rooms are cleanest Breakfast is mouth-watering. Speak both Russian and English, owner is experienced in history and tours- could help you to choose the way you spend a trip. I regret I haven't met him before- I would change my plans for a journey. Receptionist let us wait our plane inside the garden and offered coffee and tea, blankets. Also we again asked the owner to give us a lift to airport - he bought us a delicious sweet cherries on the road. An awesome location!!! There is bird singing in the city center. It's ~800metres from GeorgianBus stop and the main square. Quite place for sleeping and there is no problem with transfer (hotel) and taxi nearby. Family atmosphere is everywhere in this place, great people! Also the main market is in 3 minutes by foot, there you can feel Georgian mood and buy spices/vegetables/fruits/local sweets/ mountain tea. I do recommend to stay there🔥🔥

Great location in city center with own parking (for 5 cars) right below window. Close distance to main attractions (fountain, market, bridge with magnolia, cathedral). Many shops (groceries, pharmacy) nearby. Not many guests in mid March 2022, so very quiet. Guys at reception were very helpful - lent us umbrellas and printed boarding passes. Deluxe room was nicely decorated and spacious.

The main street leading to hotel (Mari Brosse Street) was under construction, so it was quite muddy when walking from and to hotel. But it is not hotel's fault. Breakfast was good, but not outstanding. We had better in other hotels in Georgia.

Lovely stay in a centre of Kutaisi with plenty of restaurants and shops around plus walking distance to main attractions. The hosts are friendly and helpful people, which made the stay even more pleasant.

Location and room is spacious with good design. Parking was available. Breakfast and good caring staffs

Bathroom was not good and the shower drain was not working properly still its okey.

Excellent location in city center, friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms (we got the deluxe with balkony). When asked for, they connected us with a driver who planned a trip to some attractions around Kutaisi for reasonable price.

The breakfast could be better. There is a fruit seller like 5 meters from entrance to the hotel, if they would buy fresh fruit for breakfast, I would give one more star.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms,. The all people were incredibly helpful and generous with their time, behaviour and advice. this was one of the nicest places we stayed in .for being such a hospitable ,charming and sweet staff we extended our stayed. They gave us such a homely feeling . Definitely recommend to stay here ..

The hotel is a little further from the bus station, everything was clean, helpful staff, we had a complication with hot water, but everything was solved. Breakfast doesn't offend, but it doesn't excite either.
