Iconic view from room with nice balcony, Swimming pool was functional well, hotel lobby is cozy and staff welcoming also helpful, attached restaurant food was good , don't miss the live music .

AC in room was too hot and noisy, bed sheet rough and not perfectly comfortable , shower temperature unstable, breakfast was boring , little over priced .

Loved the new and modern decor, warm and spacious rooms, staff were friendly and helpful, boutique size so easy to get around.

a gym or workout room would have been a great feature for days we weren’t skiiing and the non skiers in our group.

There is a sauna and a swimming pool right in the hotel. The breakfast was gorgeous! I saw some Svaneti towers from the window and bought a Svaneti salt.

The breakfast was too gorgeous, we could not eat everything that was served to us, and I was upset about such a waste of food.

The room was newly renovated, clean, comfortable and spacious, with an amazing view, facing the mountains and the statue of Queen Tamar. The hotel staffs kindly gave us an upgrade. Our room might be one of the best rooms in the hotel. There was free shuttle service between the hotel and the airport. The swimming pool and sauna were brand new. There were a large variety of selections for breakfast, with different dishes every day. Plenty of vegetarian options as well. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed there for 7 nights, and really enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel might be still in process of renovation. Overall everything is nice and new, but more is to be improved, especially the details. For example, there is no mirror in the changing room of the swimming pool. Nor is there heated towel rail in the bathroom, which is important for mountaineers in winter. Some lamps in the room were without bulbs. The food in the restaurant is a bit too International, not very Georgian.

The nicest hotel we have stayed in Svaneti region. Super clean, big rooms, comfortable mattresses and a great breakfast provided. Check in and check out was easy with the reception being very pleasant. The beautiful pool was amazing. We definitely be back!

Sauna booking/control a bit "chaotic"

Even if you are in Mestia, where I didn’t have any high expectations for the hotel, it was really great! The Reception Man was extremely friendly and helpful, the food in the Restaurant was tasty. We got I think the biggest room in the hotel and we felt so well, that we decided to stay one night longer as planned. The hotel even has a pool and finnish sauna, after a good hike it’s amazing to use these facilities.

It would be nice, if the breakfast started a bit earlier. We had breakfast on the first day at 8AM and the next day it was at 9AM. It’s a bit late, because starting a hike at 10AM in August is late, the sun is very strong already. But the food was delicious.

Location is really great, it´s in the centre of Mestia. The food in the restaurant was great the first night, then it got worse. Breakfast is ok. Check-in was smooth.

Some of the front desk personnel don’t speak English, there was one really rude guy that couldn’t communicate neither English or Russian and wasn’t even able to correctly process the payment at the checkout. I had to check my internet banking and show that the payment was processed. We wanted to use the steam room one evening, had to fix the glass doors ourselves, otherwise the heat just runs out. The sink at the room didn’t drain, the balcony doors had broken lock, etc. The surrounding buildings are under construction.

It was our first adventure in mestia. I would tell you,that hotel made for us wonderful memories. Here is amaziiing,amaziiiing hospitality, staff,specialy Gvantsa very kindly, friendly and amazing high level of her job. Thanks for amazing time,which we spend there !!! High,high,high recommended! Mestia for me is equal to posta hotel!!!
