The hotel was paid for prior to the visit, so I could keep my cash Euros for other items, like souvenirs. We were greeted by a very nice lady, who liked to practice her English and I must admit, it was very good indeed. Ordering extras like coffee, a beer etc was a breeze. Breakfast was exceptional. Lots to choose from and one would leave full for the rest of the day activities. We were fortunate to have friends in the town, so our activities were arranged for us, which we enjoyed. The room was large and it had a a balcony facing the woods and it was very quiet. Well worth the price. Very highly recommended.

I did not dislike anything. Everything was great.

The staff of the Hotel were very courteous, the room was excellent, the breakfast was very nice and tasty, the balcony was a nice extra.

There were no complaints, because everything exceeded the expectations.

the room was super, as were the deer who were grazing in a field behind our room. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, the food was fabulous too

A room with a beautiful balcony with a view of the deer park at the back of the building. At the front a view of the castle.

Good starting point for either walking or cycling in the teotoberher wald; directly next to Hermannsweg. Clean nice room at the rear with reface looking out towards the deer compound and the rocks. Hence very quiet

Everything was perfect/except balcony that was under construction.

Workers came very morning and start working on my balcony, balcony that was for all the rooms from that floor.

Comfortable, quiet room with lovely hill view and balcony, good location right along major hiking trails.

On the pricier side.

Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Spacious balcony.
