This question should ask what I didn't like... there wasn't 1 thing that I could possibly fault. Now that I've just scrolled down, my first comment is irrelevant 🤣 Ok, The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They knew what they were doing, so all check-in procedures went very quickly. The room was spacious, the shower room (toilet) was clean and all facilities were working in order. Bare in mind I'm 6'4" (193cm), and I was very comfortable. Cleanliness was on point 👌🏻 The situation was perfect as it was right next to the famous salt wall thingy, which is perfect for fresh air. Sorry, I speak my mind, which isn't always clear 🤷🏼‍♂️😅👏🏻 The breakfast buffet was absolutely spot on 💯 very well presented and tasted fresh. For what you pay to receive this quality of service and hospitality, you really can't complain.

The hotel is in a perfect location in the city center, close to attractions, and the city itself is very nice. The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived late at night due to motorway traffic, after reception hours, but they answered our call and even sent someone to help us with check-in and show us everything. Outstanding service!

All was perfect the only downside was that our stay was too short, as we really enjoyed it.

Exceptional and very romantic place to stay. Cozy and comfortable interior makes this place to remember. Friendly staff, receptionist waited until we arrived even we are later than expected. Very good and convenient location, everything in a walking distance. Peaceful and quiet at night.

Very Spacious room at a reasonable price. Concierge was able to assist us with late check in.

The suite had two bedrooms and a kitchen but was missing basic amenities such as an iron and kettle. Wish we had booked longer stay. We slept there after reaching late at night and left very early in the morning. So no time spent around the town or hotel.

it's literally by the Kurpark, with access into the park from the rear of the hotel. I also enjoyed the rocking chair.

my budget single room 1, in the the Annex faced the road. There was some traffic noise, okay with the double glazed windows closed, but wouldn't have been had it been much warmer than the 20 degrees C we had in the day. Although the door was "sound proofed" (padded) noises came through the door from passing residents and the lift. Also the door rattled in the hinges, though the chair placed in front of it put a stop to that.

The suite was wonderful, very roomy and it had a little balcony. The hotel is right at the Kurpark and the shopping streets, you can reach everything within a few minutes walk. The staff is very nice and helpful.

I liked everything

The location of the hotel is great, right close to the entrance of the Kurpark, its a quiet area in a nice garden setting. The room and specially the bathroom, was very big and comfortable, for the price a real value.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable, with plenty of cupboard space for clothes and belongings. The rooms also have a small fridge in them which was great for keeping drinks cold etc. The breakfast was very nice. There was plenty of choice, including a cooked breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Excellent coffee too!!

Poor WiFi signal in the room, lack of tea or coffee facilities in the room.

The hotel is close to the main pedestrian zone with shops and restaurants. The reception was very helpful. Late check-in with access to key box is possible. Parking right in front of the hotel. Excellent breakfast. The bathroom was quite new. I went for the Custom Bike Show and did not spent much time in the room. For this purpose it’s okay.

I was not aware of the fact that my room was not in the main building. It was in another house about 250 meters from the hotel. This was not mentioned during the booking process. No heating in the bathroom except for an electric radiator. Old furniture in the hotel room.
