Excellent hotel. Very comfortable rooms. We stayed in the old wing, but the quality of the renovations was impressive. Fabulous breakfast in a very attractive restaurant, converted from the former farm building. Professional service from the staff. You can walk straight from the hotel into the beautiful Kurpark. Town centre is 5 -10 minutes walk away.

Everything was to the highest standard. Good parking, excellent dinner, excellent breakfast. Staff we friendly and efficient. The room was very comfortable.

Only complaint is that they had a wierd way of serving fried eggs at breakfast where they cooked them in large batches and then served them up resulting in long waits and the first being overcooked!

Nice quiet spacious room with good beds. We enjoyed the balcony in the evening. The provided baby bed was good. We appreciated the free bathrobes and entry to the swimming pool. A good and secure parking. Very friendly and service minded staff. Last but not least, the breakfast is a solid 10/10!

Room cleaning service should improve. Also, drinking water should be provided every day instead of only on the first day. Cant understand the psyche of hotels forcing guests to pay for drinking water

I've been many times before but the last time was 2012. I was impressed with the way it has been redeveloped into a very modern hotel.

The pillow in the bedroom was far too soft. If I had been staying longer I would have needed extra. Perhaps the hotel should be putting 2 pillows per bed as the default?

This hotel has always been my go-to choice when I go for a business trip in Soest. Very nice and clean rooms, staff has been extremely helpful, the restaurant is very very good.

The parking lot is a bit too small and does not have sufficient spaces for all guests.

Limited parking space. Even I arrived early and had a hard time finding a parking space.

Fantastic family room, with extensive room for good sized double plus two children in single beds. Well furnished. Hotel is lovely. Swimming pool excellent. Breakfast was incredibly well done (once you work out its a case of seat yourself). Staff really helpful. Bad Sassendorf a lovely town.

Very good breakfast. Lots of choices and very tasty! The room was spacious.

It was not the best option for our young child (10 months), as the room did not have too much floor space and needed a bit of baby-proofing (but this is to be expected). We did not get a double bed but instead two beds that were pushed together. Since our boy is still sleeping part of the night in our bed, this was quite tricky and he kept falling into the gap and getting stuck.
