If you walk inside it looks very expensive and well done. They have a beautiful terrace overlooking the area and since it’s pretty high up, you can enjoy a nice view if you have the right room. The otherside doesn’t have spectacular views though, so if you want that consider the higher priced offers. The AC didn’t work and there was a faucet that leaked a little, sadly no insect screens either. We haven’t had the windows open so couldn’t tell if there is mosquitoes in the area. The rooms are furnished in a modern style which is fine, to each their own. The money-value is very very good though. The breakfast was amazing and there was alot of choice.

Very modern and felt comfortable there! Also plenty of free onsite parking and exceptional breakfast buffet included in the price.

AC was very cold and temperature couldn’t be changed at all, only way for it to turn off was to keep the window open. Also the shower sprayed outside the shower and got the floor by the sink super wet.

The room was perfect.Spacious,well equipped and very comfortable .An armchair positioned to watch the amazing panorama.Balcony with comfy chairs,alas too windy to stay long! The hilltop village is fascinating,too.Perect stopover for us. Ooh,and we could charge our EV as part of our stay.

The hotel has a lot of facilities like gym, sauna and a panoramic restaurant. The room is clean and has a beautiful view. Great breakfast.

Only one towel in the room. The person in the reception didn’t speak English which made it difficult to communicate.

Excellent location, Waldenburg is a little gem. Also close to Schwabisch Hall. Walking tracks are well advertised, could be easily downloaded. Hotel is newish. We had a small fridge in the room. Plenty of parking around.

Room was small. And too busy in my opinion. Restaurant closing too early. That will be all.

It was very hot at night. I couldn't open the window because of the noise. The air conditioner didn't cool the room, maybe because it was winter. You could use thinner blankets or turn the heating down a bit.

Russian channels on TV are disgusting, shouldn't be there, but there was a dozen. The room temperature control panel was there, but I couldn't reduce the heat, seems like it was locked. Maybe it controls only air conditioning in the summer, but not the heat in the winter.

We were looking for just an overnight stop on our way from Spain to Czech Republic, but were amazed by the quality of the hotel. Newly built, modern designed, well equipped, with wonderfull views of the neighbourhood, free fitness center, parking and, very important for us, free charging for electriacal cars - the hotel exeeded our expectations.

Nothing. We want to come back and stay longer to explore the surroundings.

Great hotel and beautifully located. Rooms are just perfect. Restaurant is great with excellent food. This hotel deserves its four stars. Only the girls at the reception are not at the level. The evening one wanted to send us fifteen miles away for dinner as the restaurant was supposedly fully booked. It was indeed but there is always an accomodation. Which was the case with the very friendly maitre d'e. The morning lady took a phone call in between seting up my invoice and lasted too long. It would be better if they finish the job with a customer before taking phone calls, specially when there is only one receptionist present. Overall a great stay !!!
