The size of the room was great, the beds were pretty decent and it was very clean. For the price we paid for 2 nights with 4 people and for the quality we got, i am very satisfied! A special thanks to the reception staff; we arrived past 22.00 due to travel time. The staff put our room keycard in a locker and sent us the code in the booking.com chat. Thank you!

The breakfast was very expensive for what you got and what was availible. The coffee machine was broken and the staff served cold/warm-ish coffee in a lemonade jug. We were glad we didn't reserve breakfast with the room. We went out and found an amazing bakery in the town itself for breakfast.

It all depends on what you expect, of course, but for this price this was an excellent hotel. Located on the eastern side of the river Rhine in thew small city of Bendorf just 12 kilometers from Koblenz, this is an excellent location, very central in all possible directions along the rivers Rhine and Mosel. An excellent location for those interested in historical sites. The hotel itself is a modern building located halfway up the mountain at the edge of a forest so it is very quiet and also very safe. Lots of free parking is available on-site. The rooms themselves are sober but large with lots of closet space, nice bathroom with a good shower and a very very large TV for those interested in that. Wifi is good when it works, sometimes it doesn't. Reception seems incapable of fixing problems like that, especially in the weekend. Looks like the building originally was a company converted to a hotel. The area around the elevator is unfinished and looks a bit dodgy but fully functional. Both the building and the rooms appear to be very clean, no issues there. In the centre around the Kirchplatz there are several nice restaurants, quite good, about 1 kilometer down the mountain from the hotel. Just be careful to park only in the designated areas, they do check. A really good and authentic Italian ice cream terrace you can find at the Hauptstrasse, Eiscafé Venezia. For really excellent food (and lots of it), go to Restaurant Lindenhof in Sayn, just 3,5 kilometers away. It was an absolute pleasure staying here for a couple of days, much better than anticipated and I will definitely come back here again.

Everything was done to my satisfaction. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean and nice. The wifi was more than OK (no problem watching full HD videos). The surroundings is nature which is nice for me. There was simply no problem. I enjoyed it so much I rented it for another day.

The only thing I could point out would be the shower (not the cleanliness, that was alright) but the door of the shower had a slight gap in between and under which caused the water being all over the bathroom. I felt a bit embarrassed leaving the bathroom so wet.

Spacious room which was enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. There was full sized comfortable bed for adults and 2 decent sized bunker beds for children. The property is surrounded by tall trees and it gives you a pleasure of living in the forest.

An extra pillow would have helped me sleeping nicely. The pillow which was given was not of the best quality. But still it worked.

Great value for money. The building is probably being renovated, and there are still some corners that look rusty, but everything that matters is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is also great!

Some device was beeping during breakfast and the only person from the staff who was there had no idea how to turn it off.

when I arrived to my room, if was not cleaned after the previous guests, there were bottles in the room, towels and everything was of course used. I immediately informed the staff and got a new room very quickly. I was lucky that although it was already late, the workers were still there, otherwise I don’t know what would happen. Also luckily they had free rooms. Nevertheless I should say that the staff was very quick and they immediately solved the issue and within 1-2 minutes I had a new room.

Lovely location, close to nature and bird singing. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Unfortunately our room was on the second floor and the shower pressure was very poor. Especially in the morning it was impossible to have a nice shower.

We had a beautiful suite with whirlpool. The room in itself was super big and the bathroom is new. The bed was really comfortable as well!

The elevator didn’t work well and the hallways were dirty

Cute hotel. Not central, but well connected with the car to Koblenz. The rooms were big and the location beautiful just by the forest.

The room was rather hot in the summer, and the bathroom would need some TLC (low pressure in the shower, shower cabin didn’t close properly).

Breakfast buffet. Good choice of food for every taste. Toaster could not be set to toast both sides.

Room 101 is too small for a queen size bed. It is really a single sized room with a queen sized bed for one person not two people. Doubleroom price.
