On my Daughters behave because it was me that Booked the room for her and her friend. The Room with the kitchen setting was very good, because they wanted to place their food and drinks in the fridge. A plug socket was hanging off the wall. They didn't recieve new towels nor fresh toliet roll the next morning.

1. What was no good, was that the gym has been closed for the past three weeks! You advertise that the gym as a useable facility on your website, but it was closed for weeks, that is not good at all! 2. Breakfast costs a lot for what is provided (17,00 € pro Person per Tag)!! I would suggest more of a varitiy instead of the small basic selection for that price, which is expensive.

The hotel is unassuming outside,but inside was great. The reception staff were lovely, helpful and professional. My room and shower room were great, big, comfortable. There was a free laundrette in the hotel,which I took advantage of. Breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from.

The room was too hot, unfortunately my one hadn't had air-conditioning installed, the others had, but the staff provided me with a fan, which cooled the temperature down a little.

Great hotel with excellent service also for securely storing a bicycle. More than sufficient breakfast and good bar for an after work drink. Good place to start a bicycle trip and restaurants and stores around the corner.

Pillows are very soft, but that's a general thing in Germany. The kitchenette is good, but there are no plates or utensils.

There is all kind of transportation just out of the front door of the hotel. S bahn, tram, bus, scooters of all kinds. They offer also an amazing looking breakfast (but unfortunately didn’t try it because we were in a hurry) And the staff was very nice, friendly and polite. We will most certainly return again.

Easy check in and check out. 24/7 reception. Good breakfast. 20-minute drive from the airport. There is a grocery shop nearby. Large room size. Good TV and gym.

The room was a bit outdated and the curtains could not close the whole window (one was missing?). No parking next to the hotel. My request made a week in advance about a direct payment arrangement with my company has not been properly addressed.

Breakfast is good and there is a free wash and try machine. The room size and the table in the room are big. The hotel is very good for business. Outside the hotel, there is a cheap price supermarkets. Furthermore, it is only 7 min walk to S bahn station and tram station locates in front of hotel.

The studio apartment was quite big, and had the biggest shower I've ever seen. There were many outlets in the room. It is close to the Adlershof S-Bahn and the Adlershof Campus.

The WiFi signal was spotty. There was a small kitchen, but only mugs (no plates or cutlery). The kitchen lights didn't work, and there were no lights in the bedroom.

Very nice and helpful service. Great connection with the city centre with S-Bahn, buses. We used 9Euro tickets which was a great plus. Next to the hotel there were multiple pubs, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Room was very clean and there were GREAT breakfasts. Totally worth reccommending.

Minor issue: There were some issues with the internet at the start but it was fixed once reported.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with any topic. The room has all you need for a long stay. The hotel is close to several public transportation routes, including a direct train and bus from the BER airport.

I think the trash is not recycled, but I might be wrong. The elevators had unpleasant odours (minor inconvenience)

quiet room, even in hot days of our staying the room temperature was comfortable (air-conditioning is absent)

the problem is that cleaning is once per 3 days. Each day i had to call the reception and ask fresh towels and remove garbage. i think to change towels and garbage removal is necessary each day.
