The place was booked through booking it went great. The place is very good if you need a place to stay and not and you don’t care about it being all nice and perfect. It has the essential showers and toilets is kept relatively clean. Front of desk is always there 247. You can leave your bag in a locked room with everyone’s stuff and come back to check in at 2 I took my important stuff in another bag and it was all good. I did feel bad to ask for them to open the door to ask for stuff but they are very friendly. I stayed for 1 day 24hr in Berlin
The bunk bed requires you to do the sheets and bedding your self which I can see they want you to know is a clean bed. However it maybe a hassle to some who stays for a short period.

It exceeded my expectations, really great for the price! The breakfast was awesome, a bit expensive, but you can't really find any "all you can eat" for less than 8 euro. The hostel is huge and it has many bathrooms, so if you think one is too busy or not too clean, you can just go to another floor and find a really empty and clean one. The bed was comfortable, and I guess I was lucky that me and my sister were alone in the night we stayed in a 6 beds bedroom. It was quiet during the night, also. The common area is really nice, good to have a beer and chill. They sell many snacks at the reception. Location is just great, next to a station, easy to go anywhere by train!
The room had a musty smell, as if it had been closed for a long time, but we opened the windows and turned on the fan, and it got better. I also didn't quite like that the breakfast seemed much better on Saturday morning (around 8 a.m.) than on Sunday morning (around 10 a.m.). It seemed like some things had run out and were not replenished.

This hostel was just what we needed. The location was amazing. You are literally across the street from the S Ban so after a long flight, with heavy luggage, we did not need to walk far to get to the hostel. Lots of shops, grocery, parks nearby. The space was sparkling clean, we had a private room so I can't speak to the doors, but our place was amazing. Our bathroom was clean, updated, had no mold and even had soaps, tissue, towels, cups, etc. Loved that they had a few grocery items you could purchase at a reasonable price too.
I found the breakfast to be a bit pricey, Having to bring our luggage up 4 flights of stairs was tough. The fridge was full and a mess. Someone needs to enforce labeling/dating items in a bag or box.

I liked the staff of the hostel they were very friendly as in my last room somebody vomited in the room in night...it was a nightmare and they changed the room for me in morning..when I asked so...Location wise also its very good...only 2km from Charlottenburg palace...Alot of Indian restaurants near by as well..S Bahn train station is nearby as well
I just wanted them to keep the mixed dormitory people and female dormitories separate.... In female dormitories...I saw a male was sleeping

i stayed in a single room of a good size. it was very clean with vinyl floors. i was surprised to find it had en suite shower and toilet which were in very good condition. there was a television which showed very limited local channels. there was a bed side light which was useful in the evenings. the wifi was easy to log onto. no password needed. to hang your clothes is a multi rail which i found very useful to keep my clothes flat and aired. there are hooks for your coat and other items. i had a free towel and there was well supplied shower gel. there was a rule about the noise being kept to a minimum in the evenings. the staff seemed okay. as i didn't have any problems i did not get a chance to speak to them. if you arrive late there is a fridge which you can buy food from and warm up in a mini oven. there is a seating area at the front where you can make and eat food and a lounge area to hang out in. there are lockers in that area. you will need to rent or buy your own pad lock to use the lockers. very useful if you have to wait for your transport after checking out. the location is good for local transport as it is almost directly in front of the train station. there are lots of restaurants nearby but there are not many bars. this meant it was very quiet at night on the streets, making it a bit safer for travellers. there is an Aldi just under the bridge, at the first junction, for any food items you need to buy, a Netto a bit further on. there are guest fridges to store any food items you buy. there is a main clothes shopping district on Kant Strasse with a TK Max and chain store shops in the opposite direction.
the plug sockets could have been nearer to the bed. the curtain was very thin which did let the light in. there was no plug in the sink. there is no lift. i would advise guests to take a back pack. if they have a case transfer what you can into the back pack rather than struggling on the stairs. the television could have had more channels but it would have bumped up the room price. there are very few bars so not a party place at night, but it made it safer on the streets.

Near to S-Bahn station 30 minutes to center of Berlin with 9.5e 24h ticket for all kinds of transportation (also ferry!). Metro also near 5', there are many shops, restaurants, bar, and supermarkets in area! Very quiet, warm, kindly staff ! Clean and value for money hostel 😎. There are many snacks, pizza, coffee machine, microwave and oven. Happy atmosphere.
One toilet/shower per floor!! No dear. No elevator, 4 floor old building.

The staff is amazing, exceptionally helpful and friendly. The place looks quite old but it is utterly clean specially bathrooms..except for one on the Ground floor. Beds are quite comfortable as there sufficient room for me given that i am a 190cm tall. Tha place is magical...near almost everything. Restaurants, supermarkets, transportaion, shops. It is really vital there. I was happy with the service compared to the price.
Breakfast was a bit expensive. Power outlets are far away from beds (i had an power extension cable with multiple outlets so had no problem with that. Curtains permit sunlight so u r the kind of person who bothered by that...recommended u get a sleep mask.

It was mostly fine. The room was comfortable enough and all required facilities were available
There are too many smokers in the dorm and it made me feel very disgusted on several occasions. Room and common areas regularly reeked as a result. The dorm should not allow smoking inside the premises (there is an open area connecting the hostel's 4 buildings). Common area is extremely noisy and it would be great if they didnt close off the quieter room at night. People like me with sensitive ears do need quiet places. Wifi could be improved

Well surprised by all aspects of this stay. Easy check in and check out, reasonable price to quality ratio, clean room, clean bathroom and nice roommates. Bed clothes and towel provided, electricity sockets and light near bed. Very good location for transportation and food, was a bit noisy at night, but I used earplugs. Free cold and hot boiled water at reception.
Internet could be better, was rather weak, but it was no problem for me. Beds make sounds when you move but it's all OK if you are tired enough.

- very vivid atmosphere, parties, chess games, cards etc - don't take the first floor. Because the hall can be very noisy - the location is close to the train station and it seems unsafe at firstly, but actually, it's a safe place
- terrible wifi, very slow - few toilets/bathrooms - dirty tables in the common area, not maintained well enough, the place can be very noise - far from the centre
