Great location right by the water, although overall the hotel is pretty remote and it takes a while to get to the city center. I had a car for transportation and preferred to be away from the busy city. My room had nice views towards the Havel. Room had lots of space with separate living room area. More like a little apartment without a kitchen. I only had breakfast one day at the restaurant. Nice variety and great seats on the terrace. The restaurant "Himmel & Havel" is right in the hotel and offers great food, good service and friendly staff. Big Bonus for me to have a restaurant in the hotel.

Since it was hot and I had the windows open a lot, maybe a fly screen would be a great addition. That way no bugs can make it into the room. However, as long as the lights were turned off when the windows were open it was okay.

Spacious room (we book a three-person room) Very friendly staff. Good breakfast, you can order scrambled eggs from the staff. We arrived rather late before the end of the year, but it was easy to get the key, The staff contacted us before the reception was closed. The location is quiet.

The wifi in our room (1st floor in the corner) was, unfortunately, unstable when we stayed there. Maybe it's good for the hotel owner to add a wifi repeater.

The location is great, although takes a long from Berlin city center. The environment is great, all green and blue. The property is almost on the water. Although there were some clening issues, the rest was very good.

Better cleaning. A coffee machine would be fine for hot water in case you need a cup of tea or coffee.

The location was lovely and the room was clean and spacious. Lack of air conditioning made sleeping a bit difficult during 30+ temperatures, but otherwise the place was good. The restaurant on-site was nice and the food lovely. Having access to a play park was a bonus with a young child. Good place to stop while passing through Germany.

The breakfast was very simple and for the price (15€/adult) you’d expect something cooked and not just bread, cereal, juice etc.

the breakfast where very boring, boiled eggs where cold and to hard boiled we did miss scrambled egg, bacon, sausage and pastry on the buffet we where 3 traveling and one had to sleep on the “couch” - it was way to hard

Very spacious room and very clean. Actually we could of stayed 4 people in one room. There is a playground just next to the hotel which is great for kids and a nice restaurant on the ground floor.

Again the lack of air-conditioning in the hot summer days was a problem. We had to keep all the windows open, but because the hotel is next to the river there are many mosquitoes.

The lake next to the hotel is mesmerizing. It also has a small park for kids which was perfect for us.

During the night it was quite difficult to go out for a walk due to very many bats flying around.

The whole facility was situated right next to a river and had a terrace with a nice view. The hotel service was very professional and always helpful. The cleanliness in our room was absolutely at the highest level. Breakfasts were well-prepared and tasty.

The car park could have been bigger - sometimes there were no free spots when more guests came to the restaurant. Also, on some days in the evenings one could hear the bustle coming from the restaurant. Thus, it might make falling asleep more difficult for some people.

Nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Bike Storage. Proper blinders. Complimentary coffee was filled.

Breakfast is not worth the price and rooms are quite noisy.
