The staff is super friendly and very helpful for any problem you might have. Cleaning standards are high and you can see the care for the common spaces too. Beds and rooms are very comfortable and the area is very quiet - so you'll have very refreshing sleep times.

No kettle… but the staff let us make tea for free (we had our own tea bags). We chose this location as it was between two clubs we were visiting, but even though it’s not directly near bars/restaurants as such, it doesn’t take long to travel on trains.

The room was clear and spacious, the staff was kind and helpful. The parking facility was good and close to the hotel although a bit expensive.

Although the speed of wifi was excellent the access process was unnecessarily complicated and had to be repeated each time trying 4-5 times until it succeeded.

The hotel is close to Tempelhofer Feld which was our main spot. In Berlin you can find wonderful cafes everywhere, but even the hotel breakfast was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. Great option if you don't need to stay in city center and want to have a proper hotel stay.

There is no free parking at the hotel but did eventually manage to find a place 5-10 minutes away by foot.

Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the private bathroom that was included. Friendly and helpful staff, 24 hours safety. Quiet location with easy public transportation.

Was a little out of the way from main sites in Berlin, took about 30 - 40 min to get to central Berlin.

Apart from request everything else was fine through out the stay.

Reception staff could be a bit more attentive to guests request, room service to clean/ change towels and take out rubbish was requested 2 times, and never was done.

the hotel was so easy to find and easily connected to the ubahn and the airport so everything is not so far away from you. the room was very clean and comfortably big even if we were just 2 people

our room really smelled like cigarettes but it's not the hotel's fault

Breakfast was very good. It exceeded my expectations. Especially the fresh waffles I can recommend. The staff was very nice.

The breakfast at the weekend could have been earlier. 7:00 would have been great.

Very nice and clean hotel. Super nice staff (we've had one problem and it was solved immediately). 1 minute away from the UBahn station Grenzalle. Breakfast was just perfect(they even had fresh waffles). Rooms are big and well equipped.
