Exceptional customer service! Owners have done all they could to accommodate our request, setting up the breakfast especially for us due to leaving early. The hotel is pet friendly . Located in a quiet forest location. Perfect for dog walks. Huge apartment! Plenty of space to park your car. Very tasty food in the restaurant. A few minutes drive from the A2 motorway. Definitely coming back .

Nothing really. Hotel on blind corner of a busy road. Not a big problem but awkward on motorbikes. We found many screws on the ground of the car park, could have been an issue.

Very friendly and supportive staff, also a restaurant and bar on place with very tasty food and affordable prices. Despite the late arrival (close to closing time) we were served with dinner and meal for the baby. The pension is directly on the tourist path, it's a great base for hiking. Comfortable beds, and new facilities in the bathroom. Dogs are not only accepted but also welcomed ;)

the staff are friendly, the restaurant serves good, hot food and we slept really well there. They sometimes have freshly caught fish on the menu, and do barbecue in the summer. there is a nice beer garden outside which is pleasant in the summer. It is worth reserving a table in the restaurant if you want a table near the window, as these fill up quickly. i particularly like to walk in the woods after driving all day, and there are various routes around the hotel for hikes (and cross country cycling). After hiking, as our Apartment had a bath tub, I could relax in a delicious hot bath before dinner. The area is quiet and peaceful at night for a restful nights sleep.

the curtains in our bedroom didn’t meet in the middle of the window, so I was grateful for the blinds. Breakfast options for gluten and dairy free diets are limited, so do call ahead to ensure they are prepared if you have specific dietary requirements.

We had the apartment and in one of the rooms it was very light. The blinds didn’t really keep the light out. The other room had shutters which made the room completely dark.

We found clean rooms, separate toilets with showers in the rooms, WIFI, TV with lots of channels, quiet surroundings and a wonderful forest around. Moreover, there is a restaurant and a bar downstairs. The staff is very helpful and flexible to your needs.

This hotel is nice for spending at least one night, I felt I could have stayed there longer so i could have explored more of the trails laying in the sorrounding areas. The breakfast they have at this place is excellent, so you would probably want to have that if you are planning to spend your night at this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are just the right size and confortable.

This is the third time I stayed at this hotel, just for one night while traveling between Berlin and France. No frills, but very clean, quiet and comfortable. On site restaurant is good and easy after a long drive. The breakfast buffet is very good too.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.
