A really good hotel in beautiful gardens and a short walk into the centre. The staff were very welcoming, professional and helpful. Our room on the 3rd floor was a great size and so comfortable. We had an issue with the air on in the first room (316) and the staff quickly & efficiently moved us to 311. The windows open which was good and the hotel rooms are soundproofed so we had a great night’s sleep. Lastly the breakfast was incredible as was the car parking.

Great hotel located right next to the city park. Comfortable and spacious rooms, parking availabe on-site, superb breakfast selection.

My booking did not include breakfasts. Once I arrived I specifically requested to add them to the reservation, but for some reason this was not handled by the reception clerk and I had to sign off for breakfast every single day. Minor inconvinience.

The staff was very friendly and we were welcomed by the friendliest Lebanese man on christmas day. He made sure our stay was exceptional. The staff were super sweet and helpful (warming up my food and preparing a pot of hot water for tea that I brought myself at no charge). The location was great too, especially for those with pets since you're right in the park but very close to the city (we walked to the christmas market).

The hotel is in a very nice location, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

The food in the restaurant was nice, but taste did not match the price. It was unfortunate that internet was not working and the technical issue could not be resolved until our departure.

The whole experience was great: super friendly and efficient checkin. Room was an upgrade and is perfect: roomy, comfortable, all is well laid out and as should be. We love this hotel!

Great location. 10 minute walking distance to city centre. Trees & parks all around.

Wifi went down on 3rd day. (I was working so it was unfortunate).

the young man who checked me in, did a great a job, even prepared the paperwork for my colleague who arrived later.

the woman who checked in my colleague, she couldn't find the booking at first and was very rude to me, very unprofessional ! credits to her colleague who help her out in a very friendly way. this is not the sort of person you want to see behind the desk if you are checking in...

Everything was amazing. Second time I stayed here and will definitely come back when there is another event in the Volkswagenhalle. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Breakfast is very good, quite a wide choice including smoked salmon. Parking convinient and close. Beatuifuil surrounding and very kind and nice people.
