The breakfast was fantastic. The views from the hotel were amazing and there is an observation deck on the roof with amazing views of the whole harbor (for an extra fee). The staff was very helpful. I got to check in early and they happily stored my luggage after check out.

The price is too high. I was suckered by the difference between week day and weekend rates so would up thinking I would pay the same rate for each night, but the price increased for my second night which I didn't expect.

Nice views from this german copy of dubai's burj al arab. Maybe not quite as luxury, but it was top notch. Great spacious parking underneath in the conference center parking garage, excellent breakfast buffet, super clean and modern room with a view. Helpful and nice staff. Great place to stay in Bremerhaven for sure.

Air conditioning was not too powerful, but it worked. Very pricy room, but no surprises there.

Breakfast was great with a large selection on the buffet, plus you could order an omelet or fried eggs. You could also order pancakes, which were very good, but they were very conservative with the maple syrup. A nice touch is the smoothie vitamin shot they serve every morning.

We took the studio room and although it was spacious, it didn't look much different from all the other rooms. I guess I was expecting it to be a bit more luxurious. Especially for the price.

The hotel was amazing. The rooms were beautifully set up. We had a room facing the water and it was a perfect view. The staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was very delicious. A superb stay.

Exceptional view - place to be! Very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant, giving us ample opportunity to enjoy the extended breakfast time - very nice agreement.

Staff was absolutely excellent and there is a good bar nearby. Recomend for those picking up cars in bremerhaven and need an overnight stay after stress at the port. Would love coming back just to hang by the ocean for a week.

We had a great experience and it all started with the extremely friendly and helpful person who checked us in. She also helped get a reservation at a restaurant because the hotel restaurant was fully booked (I had forgotten to book in advance). We trusted her judgement and were delighted when we arrived at the restaurant. The room was great and the view was exceptional. We paid a little extra for it but it was worth it.

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay. It was all great.

The building stands out and is unusual, which is inviting. The staff were very welcoming, especially at breakfast. The view was fantastic and the bathroom was well equipped and large.

The bed was a little too soft.

Great view of the Weser and Neues Haven and beyond. I enjoyed the activity in the city even when I was in the room.

The location on the water was superb. The atmosphere is relaxing. The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. The view from my room was great.
