Nice and clean. Good room. Nice area.

Ordered a beer, took it outside and sat down. Waitress said if I ordered inside I should take in my room. And I should sit down outside and order outside if I wanted to drink outside. Huh? I am a guest and then told where I can drink my 6.50€ Bitburger? I repeat 6:50 for a f**king 0.4 liter Bitburger then get a lecture on where to drink the f**king piss. This "wasnt a problem". Oh yeah? So why we talking about it? So I asked if I could eat Breakfast outside...that was OK. aha. Interesting.

Very centrally located with easy access to the historic part of Cochem. Parking space can be reserved and it is definitely recommended to do so.

The check-in process was unnecessarily complex and it took a long time. Weird to see in this day and age, so set off some time for this. Also quite noisy in the morning if your room is not facing the river.

Central location, great helpful staff, modern facilities, breakfast was solid.

Parking is way up the hill, kind of difficult since the road is pedestrian-only most of the day. Full balconies not available on Booking, only when booked direct :-(

Great location, nice large room, great breakfast & friendly staff.

Room can become warm even in November. Opening windows helps. However in summertime I imagine it can become quite warm.

No hotel/ foyer, bar. No secure place to leave case on day of departure although this was offered in the brochure. A somewhat lax attitude when the fire alarm falsely went off

Friendly staff, perfect location, super clean and we were surprised with chocolates at the door on easter day :)

We paid extra for a room with a view to the river and that wasn’t exactly what we got. We were very disapointed because the provided room had a partial view to the river and was on the first floor, so we had absolutely no privacy if we left the curtains open. As a sugestion, at the room description it could be more accurated - by text description or properly pictures from the specific view/room conditions.

Close to everything, friendly staff.

No 24 hr check in desk. Sometimes you could find someone, sometimes not. No double or queen beds. Two twin beds are scrunched together. Separate twin-size comforters. No Queen topper, so one of us slept in the ditch between the two beds while we tried to make each comforter fit us both. it was a struggle all night long. Every night.

Nice hotel on the Moselpromenade. Digital check-in but didn’t work althoug we already filled in the forms online. Luckely there was a Nice lady at the denk who helped. Small but comfortabel and clean room. No river-view although mentioned in description ( due to the trees :) ) Good breakfast.

Digital check-in is a bit unpersonal for a hotel like this one.

Small quaint pedestrian shopping alley behind the hotel. Opening up french doors with perfect view of the Moselle river and having a glass of local wine.

No grocery store near by. 1.6 kms walk. Really more Cochem's problem than hotel's.

Breakfast buffet is very good. Our room faced the river and was above restaurant and square so a little loud. With no AC we had to have the window/door open.

There is no secure place to store luggage for early arrivals.
