The beach was absolutely beautiful and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful despite our language barrier. Lots of playgrounds and lots of space for the kids to run around, spacious rooms. Balcony view was beautiful.

The food at the buffet restaurants and diner was fine but not great, breakfast is for sure better than dinner. It’s definitely expensive when you’re looking at food cost relative to quality, but options are limited. The good news is the pizza place nearby is *amazing* and there is also an Edeka (grocery store) and bakery behind the hotel so if you WANT to grab something else you absolutely can. It would also have been nice to know ahead of time which restaurants were cash only vs credit card. Kids Club (Funhalla) was underwhelming and expensive, mine did not enjoy it. Mini Golf was fun, but the pool was unavailable so I can’t speak to that. Overall, the reason we booked a stay here was because of the beach so for us, it served its purpose and we would come back.

It was very well organised, clean and the majority of staff were super friendly.

A couple of the evening reception team were very unhelpful when I tried to extend my trip and completely overplayed their card on my ability to retain the room - wasting alot of time. Luckily it was resolved the following morning with no drama in less than 3 minutes and it was evident the evening team were simply being unnecessarily lazy and unhelpful. The range of restaurants were quite limited for a long stay.

Great family hotel! Very dog friendly with our pet being allowed into a few of the restaurants. Lovely beach, great kids pools and entertainment. Exterior looked a bit drab but it’s beautiful and modern inside. We were probably the only English people there but I would go back :-)

Nothing. It was all better than we expected.

room was wonderful. we took one without see view and hand sun each evening. perfect condition for balcony usage. room had separate bathroom and wc - very comfortable for families. bed was wonderful as well. placement is perfect - plenty of restaurants and street food downstairs as well as ordinary grocery shop

towel dryer was switched of so towels couldn’t be reused. ventilation in bathroom din’t worked properly or we didn’t found proper switch..

Good facilities, modern interior, clean rooms and lots of activities

There were too few signs in othe languages than German. A few with English would be appreciated for foreign guests. Would have been nice to have coffee facilities in the room. These minor details don't spoil the otherwise good impression

The room and the view from the 11th floor were simply stunning

Sometimes the lifts would take a while to reach the 11th Floor. The coffee machine was a bit of a struggle to work.

The breakfast is good but please serve more fresh fruits on the buffet counter. Hot & cold drinks are well organized.

It's more better that in hotel room, you have as well fridge especially during summer season.

This place will be one of my favorite in Germany. The surrounding vicinity is spectacular and well developed. This hotel provides everything I need from parking space, delicious foods, amazing and relaxing view from the top (balcony) to the sea🥰 I love this place❤️

Really cold sea Careful on dangerous birds, stealing anything you have in hands as food

The view was amazing. The local eateries were good. It is a beachfront property with great trails to walk.

It was difficult to get reservations at the restaurants in the hotel. Parking is about a 10 minute walk away but there is a shuttle.
