The room was large and nice, especially for the affordable price. It featured comfortable beds and a large desk, big enough to accommodate two people at the same time. If you need to visit the European Space Operations Centre, as we did, the location is fantastic. Most bus stops and the main train station are just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, it's a great place for a short stay in Darmstadt!

We had two empty coffee cups in the room that were never removed, even though they were clearly used. Additionally, the soap dispensers were not refilled once they were empty. Breakfast must be booked the day before and cannot be reserved on the same morning. There was also a slight smell of stale air in the corridors.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable and was regularly cleaned. It was also close to the train station which was convenient.The hotel was also situated in a quiet location and the staff were helpful.

The carpet on the floor of the room was smelling at night and the carpet in the hallway generally had a strong smell.It seemed like it had been there for a while. The room could have had a kettle and a small fridge in it.

Arrived, parked our car in hotels car park and checked in. All well. The room accessed by lift and room was as expected on small side but acceptable. Very easy access to all transport modes from the railway station area. Very good access to some good restaurants especially Monogolian all you can eat and the brewery restaurant. We used tram transport to get to the central part of city, all very good. Lovely walking areas. Staff were very good and helpful, we were pleased with the hotel.

The staff must be this hotel's biggest asset, for sure. They were friendly and their hospitality went above and beyond in helping - from explaining the breakfast set-up to accommodating all my queries related to the cancelled train I had to take to my next destination. Definitely well worth a stay-over if you need to be close to the station. Everything worked seamlessly and the WiFi was great too.

The location suited our needs perfectly (right next to the Darmstadt Main Station). The parking fee was reasonable (€7 per night). My kids were really happy with the large family room with a bunk bed! Helpful, friendly staff.

The water pressure of the shower was a bit too weak for my liking. The TV was placed very high, near to the ceiling, making watching a little uncomfortable.

Well maintained rooms. It’s near the main station of Darmstadt therefore it’s good for commuters. Easy check in. I am overall satisfied

On arrival we were told that we can check out at any time. The receptionist clearly said it doesn’t have to be 12 pm as stated in the booking email. However on the day of departure when it was 12 we were asked to leave. I explained to her that we were told we could leave at our own convenience by one of the receptionist but she doubted it. I think the staff should be informed adequately to avoid confusion or blaming the guests of being dishonest.

Perfect location near hauptbahnhof, room classification is perfect, and just what any tourist would need - regardless if it is lone wolf, couple, or family. Would want to thank managers and stuff separately because they have helped us with every request.

Hotel was very clean but compact. Very, very close to train station and so convenient. Lots of charging/electrical ports in room. Modern bathroom.

Not really near any restaurants that we could find.

Super comfy bed. Surprisingly quiet - you could barely hear thefreight trains thundering past all night when the window was closed.

only downsides - no kettle in room (but I knew that), stools in room might not be comfy to work at for long periods

Three of us stayed in two rooms on a motorcycle trip. The hotel is very well placed, the staff were helpful and the rooms were both a decent size and well equipped for the price. We were really happy with this as our base for three days riding.
