The area around the hotel is very green and quiet. The hotel looks new and freshly renovated. You can order a breakfast that costs €15. Free parking is provided for guests. There is a free coffee and water machine in the lobby that you can use. Beds were very comfortable. Toilets and bathrooms were clean.

The central air condition didn’t work so the management provided a temporary solution as a portable air-conditioning unit which they put in my room which helped during hot days. The parking was sometimes full when you come at late night hours, so you have to park in the adjacent field, which is a little uncomfortable, but not a big problem for me. The room service is sort of unpredictable and you have to ask for it when you need it.

The facility is new, modern, and fully equipped. The free coffee in the lobby is very nice! The place is especially welcome by guests of FAIR/GSI. It is much more comfortable than the GSI Guesthouse and still is in walking distance, in contrast to hotels in Arheilgen.

In the morning, around 10:00, I left the room to take a coffee and afterward, I could not enter my room as the code expired. The personnel was nice and helpful, they let me in, but the coffee was already cold :-( The fact that the entry code expires and has to be renewed every day is not a good solution!

Really awesome hotel, very modern and clean. The host was very friendly and assisted with the check in and explained how I could open the main door with the app. The room was relatively big and equipped with everything you need. Both kitchenette and bathroom were a big plus and the bed was very comfortable as well. The TV gives you access to YouTube and Netflix.

I felt like there weren't sufficient parking spots in front of ths hotel, it was pretty much always full. Luckily, there is still an option to park in the street. Not a necessity, but a balcony really would have brought the room to the next level.

So, I was on my way to the UK from BG with my wife and pets (1 dog and 3 cats) and since we were driving a lot we were pleased to see the late check-in option. Also, it was really easy to self-check in as the whole process was done digitally which reminds me to say that this is quite the smart hotel with everything being digitally controlled via your phone. The location was perfect in a very quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfy, the rooms were spotless. Oh yes and the staff was exceptionally knowledgable and friendly!

There is nothing my wife and I could complain about the hotel. It's just a lovely, clean, quiet hotel, run with care, expertise and love by the owners in our opinion

The place was clean and had a lot of useful stuff and it was in a nice envionment. I loved that it had another door to garden that my dog could go for potty without having to go through all the doors with password.

There were no slippers which was reaaly hard to manage without it. Some of stuff like washing machine was mentioned in the description but was not there. When the hotel is pet friendly, it would be better to have a water bowl that can be used only for pets which was not available.

The hotel is located in a quite location and is in a walking distance from FAIR/GSI. It was important for my work. The room is comfortable.

I couldn't reduce the temperature. Even if I set 19 degrees on a heating controller, the temperature was stabilized at c.a. 24 degrees.

Nice small apartment, that has everything you need. As I download and registered in the APP, the check-in was quite simple. There was also a staff member there for help.

The only complaint - we were watching Netflix, and are midnight the TV turned off. When we turned it back on, Netflix was no longer available on the TV as an APP. That was a bit annoying.

The hotel was modern, clean, comfortable and the staff provided exceptional service. It is bike friendly and provided by far the best value for money of all the places we have stayed at during our three week journey so far. We picked it based on the other strong reviews and it did not disappoint in any way.

We have been disappointed in other hotels but this one is a gem.

Hotel was very new. Staff available to help check in. Quiet, seemed well isolated or the neighbors were very quiet. The room was very big with a kitchen and fridge. The bathroom was huge, seemed to be suitable for wheelchair access.

The curtain could have been a lot better in blocking the light. During my stay it was cloudy and still ok, but with clear sky there will be a lot of light

I was most impressed with the staff at the hotel. Ranko was able to arrange a room for me in the last minute change of my schedule. He also helped me ordering uber to airport and picked me up from GSI. I really appreciate his kindness and help during my stay. The hotel is very new and clean. I strongly recommend it for anyone. It is convenient to get to GSI for work too.
