Friendly staff, very clean and the breakfast was rich. I'll use this opportunity to give all compliments to the young lady who was working when I came. First of all, I was late and she prepared everything upon my arrival. And she was again working alone the next morning but managed all perfectly!

The room was under the roof and a little bit warmer than expected.

I’m not fond of old carpets. It can be extremely dusty despite the best cleaning efforts. But, I also understand they use when there is no heated floors. It was a simple room, the smaller fare, so it made sense.

The location is really good, very near the city centre and the main square. The room was simple, but very clean and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay during a business trip. I definitely recommend it for someone looking for a relatively cheap but good quality hotel. Thank you.

We arrived on a rainy day and the staff let us check-in early.There was a garage for safely storing our bicycles. The breakfast was adaequate.

There were problems with accessing the internet and even when they gave us a different login, it was very slow and kept cutting out. difficult for us to keep in contact with our next places to stay on a cycling trip. Hopefully they can sort out the problem.

Very kind staff, clean and nice room, and bathroom. Good, location, main area, restaurants, sights, shops are so closed.

Room/window faced the street, it was a bit noisy in the night. Breakfast was nice, but a bit modest offer. If you stay more nights a bit boring.

Good location, the amount paid meet the expectation and coming late in the evening the front desk helped me.

Unfortunately, the window blinds were missing and we had light coming into the room from the street. It bothered me.

Really friendly staff. Clean rooms. Location is easy to find. Overall the hotel is nice and comfortable, checks all the basic requirements.

The breakfast here was also a bit poor. There were not much versatility. When we asked for though, they made some scrumbled eggs (it was out when we came down for breakfast), and they made more coffee when we asked for.

Located 2 blocks from main square, where you can find many cafes, restaurants and small shops. Staff is super friendly, answering all questions and even helping us rent a car and activate a new chip in my cell phone! Half speak english and one even spanish. Some dishes were very good, especially the soups, breaded chicken and hamburger. There are many dining options very close by: korean, italian and a lot of bakeries.

Limited reception hours was an unfortunate surprise, but even our hotel next to the Munich main train station had an unmaned "after hours" (8 pm!?) check-in. Even the dingiest and smallest hotels in the Americas have 24h front desks. WIFI was VERY bad in the hotel. Surprisingly (again) is that restaurants and even cafes with WIFI are uncommon in Germany, so a bad WIFI in the hotel with no roaming in your cell phone is really bad news. Forget Zoom; it was impossible to have a WhatsApp audio call that did not cut off after 2 or 3 minutes.

Booked a standard double but we were allocated a disabled room which did not suit us at all. Although it was adequate, it was not what we booked

Bicycle parking rack available in the secure underground garage. Easy to access location on the edge of the Altstadt and next door to town museum. Great dining options nearby. Bright, well-lit and warm room.

Mattress was just a bit too soft for my liking, but this wasn't a deal-breaker.
