Very smart partly upgraded hotel right in the centre of town. Some quirky old things which add to character. Very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, good shower, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, storage yard for bicycles. Rooms were well thought out but not large. Perfect for a one or two night stay.

The same problem as always, no air conditioning which is fine if you are in a back room but if you face the street then it’s impossible to sleep with the windows open as the cobbled streets add to the car noise considerably.

we had a quiet room as requested, very clean hotel, friendly staff, central location, parking spaces (public ones) available around hotel (need to pay from 9-19h, except Sundays), free parking available outside center. Full breakfast buffet, good variety. Good price - quality

Very big, but cozy and well decorated, room. Great location in the old city center. It is a beautiful little town with lovely colorful buildings. In my view it was the most beautiful village in the whole Romantic Road (I liked it even better that Rothenburg ad Tauber! - it has a great ferry tale feeling). The staff spoke good English and was very nice and attentive. Their restaurant serves delicious food. I totally recommend. They have a place to store bikes in the backyard which is closed during the night.

Breakfast and location very good Excellent service for parking inside the "Altstadt", where only one hour was allowed. The extra possibilities for the hotel was taken to the extreme to be helpful! There was also a refrigerator! (All hotels should have a such one, it is more impostant than TV!)

Our first trip to beautiful Dinkelsbühl and our first stay at Hotel Piazza. A great hotel with a great location in the middle of the town, with their own restaurant. The room was great, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even if only german was spoken and I had to use my school german. We can really recommend a visit to Dinkelsbühl and Hotel Piazza!

There was no parking. We had to park away from the hotel (for free) and walk back to the hotel, not too easy on cobble stones and for people in their 80s.

The location of this hotel is perfect, surrounded by great restaurants, bakeries and stores, yet quiet. The room was large and comfortable and nicely decorated. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious and reasonably priced. The breakfast was great too!

The room and hotel was spotless, the receptionist & staff were kind, helpful & friendly. The bed was large & comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with variety. Location was perfect, in the middle of town close to everything.

A traditional, cozy hotel in the heart of the old town. Really friendly and helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed and very good breakfast. It also has a restaurant on the premises which is very convenient.
