Everything was very nice, staff, cleanliness, breakfast, parking, location. The last (location) may not be preferred by all travellers as it is not in the dead center of the city, but for us it was excellent.
Slight problem with temperature control in the room. Although it was functioning the temperature would not increase above 18.5 degrees. However, staff was helpful enough to provide extra comforters when asked, which was fine to solve the problem.

We have traveled around and booked the room, as they had a good availability and good location. Room was very clean, fresh bed linen and comfy beds. We have travelled with a boy in the wheelchair and they were happy to provide room downstairs. So if you are looking for a clean big room and accessible, do not hesitate to book it :). Great location, nice spacious rooms, good breakfast, nice lounge area, good staff, clean.
Breakfast a bit pricey compared to other places. When ground parking is full, the only option is to buy underground place for 10€ Pillows were too big (but the bed was comfy so wasn't a problem to sleep without pillows)

The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. Good shower and excellent breakfast. Staff was friendly.
The windows were towards a busy street but when the window was closed there was no noise, so not a problem really.

Really stylish hotel, lovely reception area and amazing high ceilings in the room. Breakfast was simple but great quality. Location right next to a main road but the hotel is very quiet.

why do you have to pay for everything seperatelly? your room, breakfast, drinks, all seperate bills. Besides that.. the check inn- check out is very amateurish and unnecessary time consuming

Great walue for money, all facilities are modern, rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was fesh, and had good assortment of quality choises. Staff was very wellcoming and accomodating.

The receptionist we met was very friendly.The place was clean.I would like to book there again anytime am in Dortmund
