Good value for money. It is clean and in a great condition. Beds are comfortable. The staff (the "crew" 🤔) is friendly.

Maybe being 30, I'm already too old for this kind of stuff but this hotel tries too hard to come across as young and cool. It ends up being replacebaly mainstream and inauthentic. All the hashtags, obnoxious music, detox bullsh*t and informal way of addressing guests is a big con, not a pro here. I think the overall vibe won't age well.

Great staff, good entry perfume and very tasty breakfast. Overall, the hotel was modern, clean and situated very conveniently, just 100m from the tram stop. I felt comfortable there.

Although I understand the hipster concept of the whole place, I really missed a normal wardrobe in my room. The metal mesh is simply too impractical if staying for longer than 2 nights. The portions of hot dishes are moderate, but the food was overall pleasant.

Pros: Clean, silent, comfortable, very good mattress, good bathroom. Staff is very friendly, location is optimal: UBAHN is 3 minutes far by walk and it goes directly to the city center, room is large enough for a couple. No additional space.

Cons: no space for clothing. There is not space for placing the clothing and just a single support for the luggage. Breakfast costs 17€ that is quite much: I decided to not have it.

The checkin was very friendly with a great service experience, including a nice welcome drink. The rooms were very spacious and the bed as well. The design of the room was simple, but of very good quality! The bathrooms also had a good size and had all important amenities. The breakfast buffet was very nicely organised and diverse.

The air-conditioning was a bit too strong, but was easily changed.

Location out of city good to keep costs down and for a trip to Phantasialand, but still an easy 25min tram ride into city. Tram stop is 2min walk from hotel. Kids loved the games in reception lounge, although not as many as other Moxys I have stayed in.

No obvious bars/restaurants (apart from kebab shop) walking distance from hotel. Bar/limited food available in hotel so not much of problem but would be nice to have variety closeby when too tired to go into city.

Thr friendliness and flexibility of the staff. A plus! The family room was a great size for the 3 of us.

The sofa bedding wasn't appropriate as it wasn't a fitted sheet and did not hold through out the night. A flat sheet didn't cover the whole sofa bed. The bathroom could use an extra hanging rail for the smaller towels.

Been before to another Moxy located in Copenhagen and liked the stay so much i decided to visit another city and sleep again in a Moxy Hotel. This time in Düsseldorf. Beautiful hotel and concept. Nice and clean room, clean bathroom and a smart tv. Bonus for the automatic light underneath the bed when going to the toilet at night.

In the first morning housekeeping woke me up by knocking on the door even when the ‘do not disturb’ card was placed on the door

We really enjoyed the design of the hotel. The staff was very kind! We really enjoyed the breakfast too. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended our trip by 1 more day and they were very accommodating!

friendly staff, cheap price, relatively good place (a little bit far from town, around 20 minutes by s-bahn to bahnhof, but its got good restaurants near the area)

there is no side table for the second bed and the thermostat always reset at night, but its a rather cheap price anyways so its worth it

Good location in terms of access to public transport Property is well clean.

It will be nice to have a table and chair in each room. It will be nice for couples to sleep in a double bed rather than two single beds apart
