Fantastic location within easy walking distance to everything. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Coffee/tea and snacks were available in the lobby all day long. We had a room on the 11th floor with an amazing view of the city. I’d definitely stay there again and probably will the next time I get to Erfurt.

It would have been nice if the gym had been included without an extra fee. My daughter just wanted to use it on our last night only to discover her room key would not grant her admittance. Not worth the extra fee for one person for a single use.

Location and reception staff were friendly.

Room was a little small and for that price we were expecting basic amenities like bedroom slippers. Breakfast was all right except for one rude staff. She cleared our table while we went to get more food from the buffet line. When we came back to the table, I said "excuse me" politely, she rudely mentioned something along the lines of "but there's no one here" and didn't replace the cutleries she removed and walked away.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was well-prepared with plenty of choices available.

The rooms were not maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, and when we requested housekeeping to clean our room while we were out, they only made the bed and wiped down the sinks in the bathroom. Moreover, the cost of our stay was disproportionately expensive compared to the quality of services provided.

The „open“ designed Bathroom (but this is a matter of taste ) - The Bath did not have its own separate room with a door you could close - only a little one for the toilet (but a glass door) For my taste not enough privacy but when you travel alone it doesn’t matter

The Hotel was nice with modern design. The room was big and it was enough for three persons. The building of the Hotel is very tall (10+ levels), so we could see the whole city from the windows of our room. The Hotel has own parking lot for some cars. The Hotel is close to the shopping centre and the downtown, where were many restaurants.

The air conditioner of the room was not enough effective, therefore we needed to open the windows of the room (on the 10+ levels). The bed was very hard and the pillow was very small. The bathroom had glass walls, so it could see everything from the outside (toilette too). It is difficult to stop by car in front of the hotel to get out. The hotel parking lot was very expensive and it was not closed and safe, because it was only closed by a barrier. Street parking is also very expensive in the area.

The location is great, only a short walk into the downtown area of Erfurt. The parking was also very good, with a large area for parking with two spots for electric car charging. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

There was not of space for our luggage, but we only stayed one night, so we could live with it. We also didn't like the pillows, they would collapse like pancakes, and didn't offer much support.

Perfect location for the town centre, lots of shops and places to eat nearby, easy parking, comfortable bed, kettle in the room. We had a room on the 13th floor so it was nice and quiet.

No fridge or a bottle of water in the room. Air con didn't cool the room despite making sound as if it was working... 20 euro for parking.

Kind welcome, nice quiet room, well located. For parking public parking is on same spot at Radisson for only 10EUR /24hrs, rather than 20EUR using Radisson parking.

Just a small suggestion to cleaning staff to check soap bottles in room. The shower soap was empty at time of check-in.

The breakfast is the highlight, have to try. The location is easy to reach every sightseeings either with tram or by walking. The bathroom and washroom is separated in a clever way, although not that big, but well organized.

The room temperature was not able to adjust during my stay, one night was cold for me.

The room is clean. The hotel is very close to the old town and supermarket. You will not get hungry as lots of cafes n restaurants around the area

The room is quite small for a 4 stars hotel. And the pillow is really very uncomfortble😒
