The nature nearby. The swimming pool was not so big, but fine. The saunas were fine. The breakfast was good. There were free warm drinks available 24/7. There are bikes to borrow for a low price.

I paid daily for breakfast. On Saturday they finished breakfast earlier to start their brunch service for the public. For the price I paid for breakfast I could have brunch there. Not fair to reduce the breakfast time.

Perfect food and service in the restaurant!

There is no A/C in tiny rooms. Also rooms have no ventilation, thus you need to keep window open during the night, but since it face the road, car’s and plane’s noises are so loud (starting from 5:00 am), that it is impossible to sleep.

The employees really tried to help where possible and even allowed to use the wellness facilities earlier. The rooms are very modern and big. Food was very good value for money. The location is close to a forest and nice for a walk.

The wellness area is being modernized and there are some cables here and there sticking out. Only 1 Sauna was turned on, whereas there were 3 Saunas in place.

Beds were really good. Location is quiet, breakfast lovely. I really think that the names of the floor levels are a good creative idea, room numbers nicely decorated.

The TV has lousy screen quality, we wanted to see a soccer game, but streaming quality via our tablet was significantly better than the tv screen.

The food was excellent. Do have diner in the Blue Sheep. It's truly amazing. Breakfast was also good. Fresh eggs, crispy bacon and other food you don't normally see.

There were people outside on the parking lot smoking and talking loudly. If I were the hotel, I would make a dedicated place for people to smoke so the guests won't wake up from their talking. Or put signs telling people to be quiet.

authentic, friendly, funny and joyful personal, make you feel right at home in a family atmosphere with perfectly balanced approach and service, respect to you privacy and harmonizing socializing, always respectful,, highly customer oriented, doing the extra mile to be offer a real nice customer experience.

after 4 nights spent in Gartwhotel Fetteheene, really. I’m still trying find something. Brilliant stay, can only strongly recommend

Everything was great. Hotel is in a good place, staff is friendly and check in process is simple. Staff is eager to answer quickly to all questions. Hotel parking is paid, but there is lots of free parking places around the building.

Comfortable place to stay, friendly staff, sauna and pool are included and they were clean and comfortable too. Will be happy to return and stay in this hotel again

No fridge or kettle in the room, but it was not critical as there is a good restaurant inside

Unfortunately didn’t had the time to fully explore the property but everything that I saw was tailored to detail, very clean and inviting . The staff was extraordinary in all the process, from booking to question, extremely helpful and kind!

room was clean and it’s very comfortable, the food at the restaurant is good we only had a bad experience the last day with the service from the waiter but the food is really good. everyone was friendly and we enjoyed the pool with our children. breakfast was ok, not a lot of variety but it was enough.

the only thing we have to say is regarding the service at the restaurant. i believe one of the waiters was new, he was completely disoriented, there were also several of the dishes that were not available and the menu isn’t very big.
