I stayed 5 nights and I feel I need a towel change on a more regular basis or facilities to dry my clothes. Maybe a maiden or outside line would be really helpful.

Increase towel changes and improve the basic breakfast options. Drying facilities in the room would be really helpful.

I loved the overall theme of compact yet efficatious use of space. The appartment had all the modern amenities one could ask for. The cutting edge lighting system was impressive. Corinna at the reception went beyond the call of duty patiently answering my questions by email or phone. Thank you for the professionalism, Corinna! Safe and cheap parking and a well equipped fitness studio added to the impression of this being the best appartment on offer in Bavaria. Absolutely recommend this place.

The cleanliness, friendly staff, close to the train station and the university. Breakfast was fine. Plenty of places to eat around.

The heating was not working properly the first night, the room was quite cold, they fixed it afterwards.

the staff is super nice the place looks very nice and have most of the things that you need in a room + some extra which is very nice (well planned equipment and layout to the room) well suited for locals that want a decently priced room for long periods of time

this is not suited for people coming from abroad in order to work - almost nothing listed in english, there is no reception beyond the limited working hours, and even then, this is an office and not reception. so if you need something, like being locked outside of your room at night - no on to talk to. there is no AC, but also no mesh on the window to keep bugs and insects outside. there are many facilities, but all seemed closed the entire stay (5 days) personally, beyond the super nice staff - I wouldn't recommend

Very Disappointing Experience Sleeping Arrangement: The room lacked a proper bed and instead had a folding sofa, which was uncomfortable for a pleasant night's sleep. Sauna Accessibility: The sauna had very limited access, only available twice a week for a maximum of approximately 2.5 hours each time, significantly restricting its use. Misleading because is not properly mentioned on Booking. Minimalistic Breakfast: The included breakfast was highly minimalistic, providing a less-than-satisfactory start of the day. Heating Issues: The heating system was malfunctioning, requiring two interventions from the Hausmeister. Despite this, the heating in the bathroom remained unsolved, impacting the overall comfort of the stay. Lack of Privacy: The staff repeatedly entered the room without proper warning, occurring four times and leaving a sense of discomfort and lack of privacy. There were even instances of staff entering the room without consent in the guest's absence. Poorly Managed Feedback: While the staff was personally helpful and kind, the management poorly addressed the shared concerns. Feedback was not fairly taken into consideration, and multiple visits to the office were required to resolve issues
