Staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly! Room was good and queen bed was very comfortable. It’s very quiet place, 12min walk to train station. A great plus is A/C!

Randomly we were woken up by cleaning ladies at 8:30 am! Also I do not like the fact that there was cleaning service without informing us, we can back to room and just found out that while we were out they came. As a suggestion put some extra pillows in room as there is only 1 pillow each, and better different quality as some like them flat, some more fluffy. In shower and sink I would want future guests to be careful of extreme hot water(it’s more like boiling water actually!), as we accidentally turn the tap to hot fully and burn our hands pretty hard.

The rooms are tiny but clean and enough for couples nights. We didn't book the room with breakfast, but from what we saw in the morning, the breakfast was not worth the price, though, during the public holidays and Sundays, you would barely find any supermarket around, so maybe then the breakfast is an option, or keep in mind to have something with you. The coffee is good and cheap in Germany.

The location is perfect for people traveling in their own cars, otherwise don't count on reaching anywhere by walking around cuz you literally gotta pass the highway! Or you gotta take the bus or if you are more than 1 person, uber or Free now can be a cheap substitute for normal taxis.

We were warmly greeted by three people who offered us a free welcome drink and all the information we needed. They also invited us to use the hotel's facilities, including a foosball table and lounge area. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, as we were on a road trip to France and needed a convenient sleepover stop. In the morning, some of us opted for breakfast, which was decent but a bit on the expensive side. Nevertheless, the food was great and personally, I filled my stomach. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for affordable, comfortable, and friendly accommodations. With excellent customer service, comfortable rooms, and convenient facilities, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations!

Just breakfast price was a little bit too steep, but it was good breakfast nevertheless.

The staff are very friendly, helpful and responded to my all questions and gave me some tips how I can get to city center, what to see in Frankfurt, ect. . :)))

Maybe I would recommend better organization of parking places when the guests come and there is no parking place for them because of customers who are not staying at the hotel but just visit the bar in the ground floor.

The room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was delicious, the croissants and bun breads - so fresh, soft and still warm. A wide variety of choices on jams, butters, fruits and vegetables. The service was very nice, fast, smiling and helpful.

Nothing really. It was all good. Location is not in the city center, but walkable distance from the train station Escborn-Sud, so the center is very easily reachable in less than 20min.

Cleanness, friendly staff, near Frankfurt if u have a car or if u know how yo use S trains (local city trains). Staff are helpful, nice and friendly.

They dnt have bathtubs at any room. The breakfast is at the same lobby as the reception, it is a little noisy in the morning if u wamt just take a coffee or work on ur laptop at the lobby. The safe lockers are placed out the rooms in the reception hall. It is not practical.

Nice hotel, nice room. cozy, stuff friendly, near city center, free parking. 1 big blanket for both-good surprise because usually its 2 separate blankets. In general all good except...

No place for clothe. AC working non stop and even after switching it off it continue to blow cold air and didn't warm up even if we put higher temperature. It was still working all night long. Noise all night. No tea possible in room.

I liked clean room with only my hair on the pillow :) Stuff was very nice and friendly.

The only problem was free wifi. It didn't work at all. I had to use my personal hotspot for whole 4 days.

The environment was so peaceful and ambience great. It was my first time in frankfurt and so i gambled on the location without researching on the place. Upon getting there i realised i chose the right location and the rest is history
