The spa was nice, the indoor and outdoor pools and saunas. The changing is far too small for such facilities. The breakfast was good and with a huge range of food. The bar is a good option for dinner although the portions are enormous. friendly waiter and pools staff. The room in the President House was much bigger and cleaner with a better bathroom than the room in the main hotel building and the balcony was great.

The hotel is old fashioned and urgently need s revamp. Using keys is old school, you should modernise and have a digital card system. I asked for 2 rooms next to each other but one was in another building and we did not use it. The room 504 in the main building smelt bad and had low ceilings. The carpets were old as was the lift.

Picked this hotel as it said it had a restaurant. Unfortunately, we were told when we arrived that the restaurant wasn't open, and we would need to walk somewhere to find somewhere to eat. The receptionist seemed a little flustered but was courteous and polite. The hotel has plenty of free parking and free wi fi. Our room was in a building opposite to the hotel and we were able to park the motorcycle so that we could see it from our balcony room. We hadn't paid to stay in a balcony room, so this was a lovely upgrade probably to make up for the restaurant not being open. The room was clean and large and had coffee making facilities which was nice to have but rarely seen in Europe accommodation. We didn't try out any of the facilities the hotel had to offer as we were only staying 1 night. The bathroom was also clean and of adequate size and had a lovely shower. We had planned on going to a local restaurant but as we were walking and didn't really know where it was, we decided to buy something from the local supermarket instead as we weren't all that hungry. Was a nice enough evening to sit on the balcony (although it only looked onto the car park) and enjoy the fresh air whilst we ate our tea we had bought from the supermarket. The wi fi was good and we were able to plan our next place to stay. The breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice, having not eaten much the night before we fully indulged in all that was on offer. The breakfast was fab and did not disappoint. One of the best places to stay if you like a good breakfast. All in all it was a lovely night's stay if we were ever in the area again, we would stay again although next time I think I would ring them to see if the restaurant was open.

Nothing all was good

Very nice staff, who helped me through and to sort all of my problems. The breakfast vas very good, a variety was awesome. There was a lot of free spaces on the parking lot, even for a big car with trailer. The room was big, and very comfortable, there was everything i needed.

Only little disadvantage was a cold room, at least from the beggining, because of the big balcony door, that let a lot of cold to came through in to the room.

A good hotel in Germany, just over the from the Danish border. Good big room with good bathroom. Delicius breakfast buffe. Very interesting swimmingpool, where you can swim inside the building, but you can swim from inside to outside the builiding. Strange feeling to swim in the pool outside, while there were a bit of snow in the air. Good big boble bath, which is running all the time without stopping. Different kind of saunas. Shopping shop Fleggård just 100 meters away.

the location is awesome and the pool is always a nice plus in the morning. quiet and clean. the staff is friendly and room was comfortable.

the breakfast was bland.arge selection but the eggs were without taste and salt and generally there could be some healthier options with more fiber. the staff was slow and took a long time to check in, check out and let us into the pool area even though it was open. the bar is almost never open in the evening, which is a shame. it could be nice to get a drink there in the evening. the bed was comfortable enough but as it was two beds sat together, there was a large gap, which is a shame when you sleep as a couple. 30 min before check out a member of staff knocked on our door, which felt rude.

We spent three wonderful days at the hotel. The location is great, around the hotel is a forest, nature. It is close to the beach, restaurants ... In fact, the building is a bit outdated, but the service was quite satisfactory, the staff is friendly, the pool and the surroundings are clean. also, breakfast was ok. We carry only beautiful impressions and memories from that place.

Stayed there for 1 night and everything was very nice, had breakfast in the morning, just a simple hotel breakfast but that’s all we needed. We did not have enough time to walk around and explore the hotel, so no more comments on the experience

First night: A 28 sqm room in a separate building... avoid that building - it seems a bit un-used, moist. We requested a move and was moved to a much better 32 sqm room in main building and paid €10 extra per night. Well worth it. Main building is clean, liveable, nice.
