Nice and modern hotel with comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and good HVAC system especially when AC was needed during the hot days. I like the wireless speaker system in the room which enabled me to pair it with my phone and listen to my tunes. The rooms are well insulated from noise. Definitely would consider this hotel again.

I was charged for parking for the 2 nights that I stayed, but on the 2nd night the parking was full and I did not get refunded for the 2nd night. I had to park on the street at extra fee. Parking on the street was much cheaper than the hotel parking.

Great hotel on the edge of the city. The underground car park is to the rear of the building. Our room was well finished with everything we needed. The front desk staff were very good. There were vending machines in the reception area with a good selection food and drinks. Its a 15 min walk into the centre.

Nice new hotel situated close to the train station and a steady 10-15 minute walk into the centre of town. Pleasant staff and everything was spotless. Nice touch allows those who choose not to have their room cleaned, obtain a free small drink at the bar. Rooms were a reasonable size, warm and had a good quality shower.

Everything was great and there was nothing I didn't like.

Great place to stay, just next to the Bahnhof. Clean, modern. Staff is helpful and kind. As it’s a small town and many places close early, the hotel lobby is a quite nice place to hang out.

As much as it’s close to the bahnhof, just a little far from the center considering the size of the town, but it’s still no more than 10-15 min walk.

New and modern building with inter connection between the parking and the hotel. Controlled access. Safety and sure. Breakfast was various and delicious. There was an automatic photocamera in the lobby and every visitor could make and print a selfie there.

I didn't have prelimenery information that parking exists. Nobody explains about the facilities. They just give a flyer to read about the breakfast time, the wifi etc...

Location is perfect, directly at the railway/ bus station. Design of the rooms is very nice. Good value for money.

Some people smoke directly at the entrance - it was unpleasant to go through the smoke to the entrance door. Perhaps another place could be dedicated for smokers.

Rooms very quiet even on road side. very comfortable bed and pillows. games in the rooms and free table tennis in the lounge. very varied breakfast with fresh fruit, yogourt, eggs, cured meat etc. and leaf tea, with fresh lemon, mint, and ginger! parking underneath the hotel for a surcharge

Reaction of staff members after hot water incident with our daughter. She got burned by a spontaneous breaking glass through hot water while making tea. Complete wrong and and continuesly inappropriate reactions from 2 staffmembers towards the situation to the point of disrespectful behavior and no intentions to help us. Unmotivated receptionist at arrival.

parking place. Hotel sell parking place on garage without knowing how many cars can park three. I paid for parking place and I have to park outside the building where I also have to paid on parkmeter.

The location is great and the room really clean and comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay. We love the hop decor.

I enjoyed the breakfast but the dishes needed to be refilled more quickly, especially as you pay quite a lot for it.
