The stuff was super nice and very helpful, I was hungry when I have arrived I told the lady to get my key get upstairs take a nap then after that i will start looking for a restaurant, then when I went down she kindly handed me in a list of all restaurants with all the details that I need without even being asked to do that , the guy also gave me adapter to help me charge my phone since I was panic, my phone was running out of charge and I badly wanted to make a phone call , they both really made my day , thank you so much highly recommend to deal with them.

The location of hotel was a bit far from most of the facilities

The Hotel Manager was so very friendly and helpful to me. I really appreciated that. I was coming from the Nuremburg Christmas Market and was going to be late for check-in. He called me up to see what was going on and then he gave me all the info that I needed like access codes to the hotel and room and parking area to get to my room so I could get some sleep. If he hadn't taken the initiative to call me I would have never gotten inside. The parking area is easy and secure. Great for those of us who love driving holidays. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel just completed a renovation, so it is very nice in there. The hotel rates are just perfect for me. I would for sure stay here again on my next vacation to Germany if I am passing through this area. The hotel was also very easy to get to.

The staff were incredibly helpful. Very responsive on the Booking.com messenger. I was there for one night to catch an early flight at Frankfurt airport (about 10 minutes away). They arranged a taxi for me for the airport as my flight was very early which saved me a lot of time and trouble. I had to leave before breakfast but there are 4 restaurants in walking distance. The single room is small and basic but if you're there to sleep it's a good choice.

The room overall is fine. I did hear the water in the pipes all night but nothing bad.

Hotel and room looks brand new. Very friendly staff! Good breakfast 10 euro for a person. No key needed: just enter your code to open the room or to get to the hotel when reception is closed (6am to 10pm). Great location to the airport and to the Deutsche Bank Park. Free parking available.

Pretty small room. For 2 persons it's OK, but for 3-4 it's definitely small.

The hotel was close to the airport, short Taxi ride and excellent staff. Our luggage was lost and we couldn't buy anything due to a public holiday and the gentleman at the front desk let us borrow his phone charger for the duration of the stay. Can't be thankful enough for his help. The room was clean, breakfast was decent and would stay again for a short stopover.

There was an inoperable vending machine in the lobby, would be nice if it worked, but that's a minor thing.

Hotel si super comfortable and clean. Room was small, but totally practical. We stayed just for one night, we needed oversleep near to airport. According to this the location is perfect. Staying here was calm and relaxing. Thanks for black curtains. Special thanks to man on reception, he was so great with perfect recommendations for dinner. Any 5* hotel can be grateful for this “concierge” !

Everything about the property is just ok. The staffs are amazing people always ready to help when you call on them. The location is ten minute driver away the airport. Wi-fi connection is great. Value for the money

We liked the nice way of the man at the frontdesk on arrival. He explained everything to us in a very friendly and thorough way and suggested several possibilities, where to go for dinner. The lady in the morning was very friendly and helpful as well. Beds where comfy and room was clean. Hotel is close to the airport. Parking option for free.

The breakfast buffet could be a bit bigger and have a bit more of variety.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, even gave us some tips about restaurants nearby. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Shower was really good. Location isn't great, but it's a good place next to the airport to rest from the flight.

The blackout curtains didn't do a lot of blacking out, a lot of sunlight bleeds through the borders once the sun rises.

I loved the location, was very close to the motorway. And the beds were probably the most comfortable I’ve ever had. Had the best sleep. The receptionist was outstanding, he was ever so helpful, friendly! Thank you so much for being so welcoming. Small things make such a big difference and his kindness definitely made a difference.
