It’s a beautiful district, Zeil street just across the road and all things nearby .. you can get tram just at the corner at Romer

everything was good .. nothing bad.. only room no 414 had big bed bugs … please check in to it ..

Location was close to the Christmas market. Staff was helpful with restaurant recommendations and resolving room issues. The breakfast included a variety of hot and cold food which was very good. Room was small but very comfortable.

Room safe. Hotel recently installed new room safes and the directions to re-set code applied to old ones. Asked to be moved to different room but other rooms had same issue. Had to use the master key held at front desk to open and close safe every time. Made it very inconvenient. Automatic bathroom fan was noisy. Staff remarked the fan was probably dirty (it was) but no one cleaned it during our stay.

This Hotel is in an amazingly central location with all the interesting places within walking distance. These include the Cathedral, civic buildings, museums, restaurants and shops as well as the Hop on Hop off bus, trams and S and U Bahn stations. The staff all spoke excellent English, as I'm afraid we don't know German, and they were all really helpful and friendly. The bed was clean, the storage space was excellent, there was a kettle etc. The Bathroom had all the basic essentials. We didn't use the breakfast bar in the basement but were allowed to get extra milk there. We also loved the tiny sweets at reception!

The bathroom was a little small and there was not much room to hang anything up or place our washbags. Although we guessed that the hotel had been recently wall papered and painted there were lots of little things that still needed to be sorted out like an upside-down coat hook, and a hole in the shower with no cover that little bottles could fall down and also no place to put shampoo bottles etc.

You can not beat this hotel for the location! We were in Frankfurt for the Christmas markets and this hotel is less than a 5 minute walk from the main square. The staff were friendly - one in particular was really friendly, checking to make sure everything was good and always greeting us with a smile when we were leaving or coming back to the hotel. The rooms are small but we didn’t need any more space as we were only there to sleep. The room has a mini fridge and kettle which was what we needed for any drinks or snacks. This hotel is close to a few different forms of public transport, making it so easy to travel around. I have stayed in this hotel a number of times and will continue to stay here whenever I am in Frankfurt!

The location was excellent! Our room was facing the street, but you could not hear the street noise inside the room. Breakfast was very nice and had everything we needed. All in all, a very good quality-price ratio, could easily stay again in this hotel.

Rooms are a bit outdated and there is quite much dust under the beds. The reception area is small and not so pleasant, and the lift is super slow :D But nothing too serious!

Excellent location a stone’s throw from all the Christmas markets. Check in & check out was quick & painless. This was our second time staying here. Left too early to check out breakfast, so can’t comment on that.

Room & shower was smaller than I remember & definitely more wear & tear than our last visit. Fine for a single night before we headed to the airport. If you can’t find a parking spot on the busy street, the nearest garages are a 10 min walk away - ok for just the two of us.

The location was amazing and the hotel was good value for the price. Staff was friendly and everything worked smoothly. Coffee was surprisingly good, and the room had a fridge which is always a great thing. It was a nice surprise that the tv had Netflix and YouTube. Beds were comfortable.

Some loud noises came from outside early in the morning, but we still got a good sleep. The room was a bit outdated but it didn't matter as the overall experience and price was great.

The location is right in old Frankfurt with easy access to the Christmas Market, the Main pedestrian bridge, the cathedral, and many great restaurants. Though the hotel is compact, it offers all the amenities one needs.

The rooms are compact, so if I was traveling with a second person, I would have found it to be too small. This hotel also had the smallest bathroom (smaller than even cruise ship bathrooms) so that was challenging.

Great location, very clean (although carpeting should be updated and replaced both on hallways and in rooms). Bed was very comfortable. Nice features including waters, tea kettle, cupboard that lit up….

New carpeting needed. Sometimes key card had a few issues. The kitchen woman who works in the basement kitchen is very unpleasant. Mentioned this to a reception worker who said there was nothing to be done, but that other people had remarked on it!

My family and I have stayed here a number of times. The hotel is fairly basic but it is conveniently located (especially for the Christmas markets), clean and in a safe location. We had a number of hotel rooms as they kept us close together which was fantastic.

Perhaps it had been a busy morning but we were still down well before the end of breakfast but there was hardly anything left out on the buffet, we had to ask for more breads, pastries, eggs, etc, which all took ages to come out. They definitely needed more breakfast staff as it took a lot longer than it should have to get coffees and teas also. Thankfully the Christmas Market is close by and we had bratwurst there haha
