Nice rooms, relatively clean. If you need to do business around Ostend it’s a great location

The staff treated me horribly…so arrogant. I will never return there. Strange why receptionists think it’s ok to treat their guests badly for no reason at all

Spotless clean (with the exception of a dirty area rug in the lobby, which they should remove) friendly staff, quick check in check out great location with tram & bus right across the street short ride to downtown Take tram 11 about ten stops to be in the heart of the tourist area A Rewe grocery store & bakery/coffee shop right around the corner Excellent fresh food very inexpensive Taxi ride from the airport is just over 50 euros about 20 min drive but you can take tram/train for a lot less if you are mobile

Usual price is approx 80 euros a night which is a great value however when we stayed there was an international book fair so price was over 200 euros a night but we couldn’t change our dates

Very nice modern business hotel, all in white, everything freshly renovated, modern style, materials, technology. Very good stable WiF. Large room with an excellent king size bed. Toilet is seperate to large bath room, good shower, good water pressure, rain shower. The room had a wooden floor and was superbly cleaned. Modern and new furniture in the room, very attractive lighting concept. Breakfast was standard;: good but unspectacular. Hotel has a good parking garage, which requires prior reservation. Modern and super clean Sauna where towels and bath robes are provided. Hotel Gym has high end equipment. Hotel is located in Frankfurt East with immediate and easy access to the wide public transport system.

There was nothing woth mentioning that the hotel could do tlo be better.

Breakfast was good quality food but limited options. The room was very spacious and great for a family of 4 The location is great , close to the park and many other attraction are only a walking distance

breakfast option were very limited .. no option for A la carte eggs request . the only restaurants in the hotel didn't have great selection of food , especially for kids and the taste wasn't the best

The room was amazing. When you walked in you have a wardrobe to your right hand side. To you left you have the sink, with a lid up mirror and next to it the shower, with a full Glas cover. The only thing that’s in a selber are room, is the toilet. Behind the washing-area you find a huge comfortable bed. The room is very bright because of the big windows. Near the entrance you find the electrics for the blind folds, which are super good, we was able to sleep in due to the good quality (both very light sensitive when it comes to waking up). We booked the breakfast afterwards, and it’s been worth it. Absolutely lovely, great selection and friendly staff as everywhere in the hotel. We will come again.

The room is big and the bed is very comfy. Everything was clean and the minibar is free of charge. The window can be opened and is indeed big and helps with the ventilation.

The staff are a bit odd in the sense they never seem to smile or care about the guests. I barely got a hello and even tipping barely makes them raise their head to say thank you. The toilet seat has its own closet-like room which needs better ventilation as the only way to change the air there is to let the smell go through the whole room and towards the window beside the bed.

The location of the hotel was really good. Just a few mins' walk to the U-Bahn and the tram stops are just right in front of it. The room was bright, clean and comfortable and the staff were really friendly, including housekeeping which readily provided some extra stuff upon request. Liked that the room came with free mini bar too. The breakfast was also quite good, with lots of cereals, yogurt and cheeses besides the main course.

Could have a kettle for making coffee and tea in the room as well. Oh, although the breakfast was fantastic, the coffee from the machine was so so, and there were no mini bites of sweet desserts like cakes etc..

Very good hotel, friendly and helpful staff, clean and pleasant rooms, with a large window and lots of light, and with a free mini bar (good surprise). The hotel has available and convenient parking. We booked half board and the food was delicious, both at breakfast and at dinner. On Saturday evening we had an excellent barbecue meal with grilled meats. Near the hotel there are restaurants and a large supermarket. The metro station is really close, 3 stops to the shopping mall of Frankfurt. Definitely a fun hotel to stay in for a few days. We really enjoyed the hospitality and the warm attitude.

At the first dinner, the menu was quite limited and we had difficulty choosing a dish. However, the kitchen staff were flexible and allowed us to choose alternative dishes, so thanks for that. It would be nice if you could order coffee and cakes in the lobby, during the day.

We liked this place a lot - walking distance (5-20 min everywhere we needed including downtown) or tram\bus front of the hotel (a bit left) makes your moves around the city even faster. Two nice supermarkets (one in the same building, one 5 min walk). Small fitness center with everything I needed. Very good sauna right next to the fitness rooms. You can get slippers and electric kettle on receptions if needed. Very good breakfast with non-milk products which was important to me. Clean. Comfortable beds. Room windows open to ventilate. Good restaurant (Jassie James or so) with tasty every day food on the left hand side when you get out of the hotel. Excellent embankment 3-5 min from the hotel - for jogging, walking, walking to the center, etc.

Bed linen was rather cheap and not 100% cotton. It did not spoil our stay, but we noticed.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! We stay in room 403 Premium to end our 2 weeks in Germany l, Switzerland, and Austria. The AC was amazing and 😎 🆒️ We traveled to many hotels including Hilton and Marriott during our trip and this was the nicest hotel of them all. Most hotels don't have AC in either of these countries and it's already a record breaking summer there. The breakfast was outstanding. Our Niece and nephew had a basic room that was beautiful and had cool AC as well. 79 Euros for their room final price. Breakfast is well worth the 12.5 euros each for them. Our room Included breakfast at 150 euro. FREE MINI bar stocked every day

It was about a mile from Old Town. Frankfurt is more of a financial hub. If you want culture, an Uber is 50 euros to Mainz. We grabbed the subway which is only 6 euros per person for the whole day. Only regret was NOT going to the Zoo
