Excellent location - right across from Hauptbahnoff Very helpful staff at the front desk. After checking out at 11am, I had to do a Teams call at 2.30pm. I had left luggage for storage at the hotel. I came back and asked them whether I could buy a wifi pass and hang out at the lobby area to do this Teams call. They gave me a free wifi code and let me do the meeting in their comfy lobby. Very helpful staff! I have been traveling to Frankfurt for decades. Most of the hotels around the Central station are seedy with bad service. This one stands out.

Nothing, really.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable; the bathroom very well equipped and spotless. Special mention to the staff at the reception: polite and helping, welcoming and very nice people; they made me feel safe and well cared for the moment I arrived. The hotel is located just across the main train station- a difficult area, quite unsafe perhaps in the evening, but ideal when one wants to be close to the trains. Despite the noise of the area, with closed windows you don’t hear anything from the street, and the air conditioning works nicely. As I mentioned, despite the difficult area around the train station, the hotel staff made me feel safe and the rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. One of the nicest options if one needs to be close to the station and I will certainly go again.

Very big, specious room, well equipped with great view for the city

Not only couples travel together so the blurred window for the shower and the toilet might be and issue for some visitors. The drain was not properly working and we fully soaked our bathroom and also a bit the carpet on the room. We have complained 2x but nothing happened. And yes, this only 2 streets away from the bad area of the town so if you have never seen a crack pipe in real life, well bow you will! Just to be fair, this is not against the hotel, but when we arrived we were not prepared.

Very nice hotel with nice, helpful staff. Gentleman at front desk when we checked in was particularly helpful with whatever we needed. Room was big and comfortable, and kept fresh and clean for our 3 nights. Buffet breakfast was basic, but more than adequate given the value price.

As others have noted, the good news is that the hotel is just across the street from the train station, but the neighborhood is rough and the city of Frankfurt is at fault. But we had no problems—just need to be aware of your surroundings. At the same time, hotel’s location is convenient to walk, or easy tram, to all city sights.

The room was very spacious and clean - including the bathroom. The check in and check out procedures were very smooth and efficient and the staff were friendly and helpful. The wifi worked well. The location was very handy for the main station. There is a very large variety of dinning options within walking distance.

The shower attachment was a bit loose and unstable- a small issue which could be easily remedied. The TV had a very large menu of channels, but most of the non-German language ones were displayed as unavailable. The location is very handy for the main station, but some of the surrounding streets are a bit seedy and run down.

I had a good experience

the location is located close by to the main Frankfurt train station, I was actually meant to go to Zurich on the day via Munich but somewhat my trip was cut short, anyway i ended up in Frankfurt and got to admit, the Hotel was a spot of Brilliance. the staff where friendly (the young one at reception was very lively and i talked away with him for a couple of minutes before giving me my room, he made assure that i would enjoy my stay, complimented my shirt and gave me some recommendations on where to go for food and such while i stayed for the night). overall i loved the room, the bed and the bathroom.

cant really say anything bad about the hotel apart from all the people who where standing about doing/selling drugs during the evening time. other than that there was nothing bad about the hotel.

The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful and did all they could to accommodate an earlier check-in due to the early arrival of my train. The breakfast was superb and the room had everything I needed. The location is great in terms of proximity to the main train station...it's literally on their doorstep...and served its purpose as I had quite a bit of luggage. The lockers at the train station are fantastic in their simplicity - just note that they accept coins only.

The area is unfortunately not taken care of by the city and the streets are filthy, to say the least. Vagrants are up and about around 10am and contribute to the distaste. Best not to be out and about in the area after dark, I would suggest.

It is very accessible from Frankfurt Central Station. Easy to get there from the airport and easy to travel around while there. The staff were very accommodating when we arrived from an early morning flight and allowed us to check in straight away. Thank you so much. After a long trip from Australia we were very glad to have a shower and change of clothes. Then when we checked out we were able to leave our luggage stored. We have medication which requires refrigeration and we had a fridge in our room. When we checked out, we were able to get some ice from the bar, again thank you!
