Very good value for money. Pleasantly surprised at the facilities for the money.

We stored our bicycles in the garage as advised. Unfortunately the garage was extremely full, probably due to an organised tour. We put our cycles close to the door and expected that the party taking up all of the space would take our bikes outside, sort out their bikes and then return our bikes to the garage-this is what I’d expect any decent person to do. What actually happened is they took my friend’s bike outside and left it there and although my bike was inside, they damaged my mud guard which required a repair at my expense. So whoever stayed overnight on 26th Sept- shame on you. To the hotel owners I would suggest a video camera to observe such antisocial behaviour which has a negative effect on your hotel.

Central location near the train and bus station, checkin through terminal 24/7. Checkout also automatic. Questions answered when needed. You can leave your stuff in a locker with a code after checkout for 24h.

The air was not fresh in the room, but that depends on if it was used recently probably. I opened the windows and only one of them hat insect net, which was kind of enough. I can imagine having one window without a net can be useful to someone. Nothing special to complain about.

Self check-in system was quick and easy, there are many languages to choose from and you can get the number of entrz cards you need. The hotel has separate safe garage with outlets for charging ebikes. Generally the room was clean and comfortable.

Minor inconvenience - appliances are unplugged so don't expect the fridge to be cold upon arrival.

The hotel is very close to the train station, which is very convenient for travelers like us who are only staying for one night before heading to the next destination. Please note that the hotel entrance is around the corner on a side street, not at the front. Check-in is done via a machine, likely just to verify your registration details, so if the information on your booking is outdated, please be aware of your own details. The room is quite spacious. Another highlight is that the hotel offers free luggage storage! Isn't that great

All is great but the bathroom is a bit small.

This accommodation is a super central location in Friedrichshafen. If you are on a business trip in Friedrichshafen this is a very good chance to get something where you can arrive whenever it fits because it has 24h 100% automated reception. If you come by train, it's not even 5 minutes walk. If you come by car, there is a park house opposite of the street and last but not least, you can have breakfast in the bakery on the other side of the street.

It's a convenient location, good price, clean and practical. It doesn't have a reception, it's self service, automated. But it's easy and works. If necessary you can contact management and cleaning lady, which was friendly. They upgraded my room after the previous was not working the WiFi.

Nothing really, It's honest for the price.

Simple but modern, new and clean. No staff - all self service computer driven but easy to use. But there was one cleaner that I met by chance and she was very keen to be helpful and explained the self-service “left luggage” facility to me. The cafe across the road is good for breakfast and the location 100 Matt’s from the train station was ideal for me.

Fantastic location, close to the station, quiet, easy and quick communication with owner, clean, fully equipped. Overall, everything was great! I fully recommend this hotel and might stay here again if I find myself in the area.

The WiFi was a bit unstable (kept turning on and off), and the hallway lighting (outside the room) was very flickery (not great for someone with epilepsy).

Automated check-in went smooth. I was able to safely store my bicycle and get a good rest in a clean an comfy room before continuing my trip.

Wasn't able to get a beer from vending machine in a hotel, because it couldn't confirm my age (perhaps card reader is not working).

Location. Near the train station and the embankment. Good transport accessibility. Cleanliness. The room is well equipped, there is a kettle, tea, coffee and a refrigerator. The bathroom is separate and this is convenient. Convenient self-registration.
