Beautifully renovated. Lovely big rooms,  big windows and high ceilings. Very tasteful. Fantastic location. The staff were great. It was an extremely busy evening when we were there, but all the staff remained very calm, professional and attentive, and showed no signs of the level of stress they must have been experiencing. Hats off to the whole team. 
The room was very warm after a hot couple of days, but the fan and the big windows help to cool things down in the evening. An extra towel rail in the bathroom would be useful.

Clean, modern rooms, friendly staff, fast check in
The windows don't open very far, it gets a little noisy due to the hotel being right next to a church and in the middle of the city with lots of bars and restaurants. Also there's a cobblestone street right next to it.

Great location, big comfortable rooms, great breakfast.
I heard the guy on the running machine at 7:00, two rooms away from the fitness room. And the light in the bathroom is terrible for getting your make up done. The eyes are always in the shadow. Impossible to see if the eyeshadow is correct. Add a backlight to the little make-up mirror please.

The staff was super friendly, the rooms comfy and the breakfast absolutely delicious! Also the location is amazing!! Easy to reach (especially if you go to Fulda by train) and in close proximity to the Dom and Schlosspark!

Excellent location in the historic centre, immediately opposite one of the Baroque churches for which the town is famous. Room comfortable, a good size , with all proper facilities for storing luggage and hanging coats. Breakfast an excellent example of the varied and interesting German buffet.
Best avoided if you don’t like church bells, they ring out regularly from several locations.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old city center, very nice area around the hotel. In the pillow menu the Visco Green pillow would be the best choice!

My room was good size and well appointed. On a hot summer evening I particularly appreciated the air-conditioning. The breakfast selection is excellent and bar is a great place to start an evening.
