The breakfast was really good, lots of choices and freshly prepared. The hotel has lots of parking slots, so good in this regard, no worry of finding one. The room was quite spacious, and super important - beds are really comfortable, I had a good sleep. The bathroom is big and the shower as well, enough space for a decent little well-being moment. I like the toiletries that are Rituals. I know the hotel has sauna and pool, but did not have the chance to check it. The hotel is located conveniently 10 mins walk from the old charming town center. I liked the fact that the wifi is free and no problems with connection or speed at all, it worked perfectly. All in all, it's a good location for a weekend getaway, but I'd not stay here for a week. It's really comfortable and good quality, but def not a luxury stay. I will definitely return, as I want to check the spa, and the location is conveniently near the town, but still in nature (fresh air, green environment), but I'll stay just a couple of nights.

What I found a bit strange is that you cannot adjust the air conditioning in the room to lower than 22 degrees - this is the lowest. Also there is no option for lunch, their on-site restaurant is closed during the day, and available for dinner only, so you have to go to the town or to a grocery shop. And even though the bar was opened and some guests were there, the bar tender would not show up for more than 30 minutes (!!!). I was working on my laptop, this is why I was still there, but if this was another bar, I'd get up and walk away. Although the staff is helpful and friendly, the friendliness is a bit too much and lacking professionalism. Some guests like this kind of "we're a family" approach, I'd expect a bit more (linked to my travel experience probably).

Rooms are large and clean. Easy to drive to and large car park with chargers. There is a small indoor swimming pool. Staff were very helpful. Restaurant is nice. In summer dining is outside on pathway to entrance.

Hotel is on outskirts of town and not particularly picturesque. But the town centre is only a short walk.

Well located 5 mins walk from the town which is very cute. Big rooms with balcony, sofa and comfortable bed. Parking for the Motorcycles round the side of the building with a door making them easy to load. Nice area outside to eat or gather. Staff exceptionally helpful and cheerful.

The hotel is a very good structure located at 10 minutes by walk from the town, large room, well dotation, supplied with kettle, coffee and tea, towels, and with a balcony. Easy parking and a rich breakfast. Very good value for money.

Large clean rooms and bathrooms, nice balcony and comfy bed. Really nice and fresh breakfast selection. Was not expecting this level of quality but everything was top knotch. Easy to get to by car and not far from black forest.

I wanted to stay a few more days!

The room is spacious with a balcony. The room is modern and comfortable. There's swimming pool and spa for you to enjoy. There is a lot of parking space. It's a short walk from the city centre. The breakfast is in a variety.

We liked our room. I appreciate how clean the room was and the Rituals soap in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable as well. Also, the staff was friendly.

The location is a short walk into the city center. It's not well lit at night.

We have been coming back for many years and will continue to do so. Great location, great staff, close to the old part of the town. Love the walks and the Weinachtsmarkt.

One downside this time of the year (hopefully): reception closes early. First time in many years.

Lovely big room with balcony. Excellent AC. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Liked the green incentive. Easy walk to the town.
