It was a good and very basic plc for a group of 3, but beds were maybe a bit too soft. Breakfast was lovely with fruits and veggies and the staff was very friendly. Perfect location in the middle of a small town near good and inexpensive restaurants. Maybe a bit over priced though.
No air conditioning, and the mini freezer was not cold enough. It was too warm to sleep. Not enough soap in the toilet.

People from the staff all absolutely nice, professional and polite (sehr sehr nette Leute!). My room was very large and clean, bed confortable.
The room was quite dark (even with all lamps on) and the desk didn't have any lamp. It was difficult to work with my laptop.

We have stayed at the hotel three times now and have appreciated the pleasant helpfulness of all the staff. The room which I have always requested, or similar, has a bathroom with a bath and is more spacious. I believe since I last stayed that the hotel has undergone a successful renovation.

Central, renovated, friendly personnel. Easy access to the city centre and university, there is also a shared bike parking 3 min from the hotel. Standard breakfast.
Small details. The room felt a bit empty, the pillows were very very fluffy, the bathroom was clean but felt quite "cold".

Great location, a mere 10 minute stroll to the inner city, quicker if you were in a hurry!! A huge cinema complex is just around the corner. Our spacious room on the first floor with two big windows was surprising quiet eventhough the hotel is directly on a main intersection. A huge thank you to the super friendly and totally helpful staff. Breakfast (included in our tariff) was excellent, buffet style, covered all the bases in small format, be it continental, typical German meats and cheeses with fresh bread rolls etc plus bacon, eggs, etc. We extended our stay by one night, we loved it.
The pillows definitely need to be replaced.
