The hotel is very well located, in the old city center. A lot of restaurants are closed by, a supermarket is also closed by and 10 to 15 min to train station by foot. The room and the hotel was clean, towel were changed once. The room was nice compartmented and the bathroom was spacious.

The hotel smells a little bit like old and the bells from the cathedral are a little annoying at 6 in the morning, there is no other things to be improved from my point of view.

Everything was good. Check in was perfect: I entered my name and got the keys. The room was very nice with very big bathroom. Everything was clean and nice. There was electro tea pot (with tea and coffee) and it was very convenient. It’s on the main street in the downtown with lots of cafes (for breakfast and dinner). 10 min walking from the train station. Shuttle to Legoland starts from the train station. We liked everything.

The property is centrally located in the small (and stunning) old town. Everything from check-in and check-out is automated but your room gets cleaned. The room was very clean and comfortable. The heating was adequate for spring/winter. Free parking (but only for a couple of cars). Easy access to Legoland (by car).

You hear the church bells after 06:00, but that would of course be the same for every old town centre in Germany.

The location is nice, near Legoland. The room is clean and big.

Only 2 parking place in front of the hotel. If you come with car, you have to find a public parking place (with parking fee). One more thing, the automatic check-in machine didn't work good when we were there. We waited over 30 minutes for the staff to come and open the door for us.

Great location

It was not staffed. We had a problem when some inconsiderate person blocked our car and 2 other cars in the parking spaces. I tried phoning the 2 numbers on the hotel information email (saying 24 hour service) but all I got was an invitation to leave a message, which I did, and am still waiting for a reply!. Also, the bathroom sink would not drain adequately, the waste needs cleaning out.

The hotel is located in the Old Town, about 10 minutes walk from the train station. (From the train station one needs to walk uphill to get to the Old Town.) We were able to check in an hour earlier. Check-in using the machine outside of the entrance went smoothly, without any issues. The room was spacious and clean. It has everything we needed for the stay.

The Hotel was near the train Station. It was Very Convinient especially when you have Children. It was very Good location for The family who wants to go to Legoland:). The Sorrounding is Very relaxing. And about the Check in it was excellent because it was easy and no hassle eventhough we check in early and we extend our Check out thank you to the Host.

This place is little gem with great location. Very smooth and easy check in process with check in kiosk. We are family of 4 and the apartment that we've booked was more than spacious for us. Very very clean and comfortable. Huge bathroom and soft sheets. We've stayed only 1 night but didn't want to leave.

Hotel is comfortable and we'll located. The room we were in had recently been renovated. For cyclists there is a garage to securely store the bike. There are many restaurants located close-by.

We had problem with the self checkin. My reservation could not be found. I contacted the hotel at the number provided and they managed to check us in.

Very good location, clean sheets, clean bathroom. Very easy self-checkin and free parking available (only 2-3 spots, but luckily we got one for our car).

No elevator, just narrow stairs to get your luggage up to the room. Also there was a weird smell in the room, that didn`t go away even if we opened the windows. Some stains on the chairs and rusty tea maker.
