Spent 2 nights in Gutersloh for business, had a beautifull and comfortable experience. Nice people, very big breakfast(was alot of difference though between morning 1 and 2 in choices).

Wifi was annoying to logging in constantly 1 night had a neighbour, could hear alot of noises. Without a neighbour was very serene. Not alot of parking, there is paid parking available.

Location is perfect! Just a three minute walk to the centre. Parking is easy as you can either use the hotel garage or park in the garage across the street. Both garages have reasonable parking rates. The sauna is available 24/7!

No coffee machine in room. Lights in bathroom cannot be dimmed.

very comfortable, beautiful decor, very spacious. reception staff went above & beyond and even helped with a taxi from Halle. knowledgeable about local trains too. great cleaning staff too.

Great location, and very safe. Generously sized room and bathroom, with good lighting. We liked the amazing Christmas decorations all over the reception area, and the incredible amount of artwork hung up on the walls of the hallways. Parking is very affordable.

Breakfast was expensive even by German standards, but local cafes are a good option.

As always this hotel is superb, great service with a luxury feel. We always stay here when we visit my son in Gutersloh. Location is fantastic as literally in the centre.

Having to pay for parking each time we re entered the hotel. Before we was able to just pay for 3 days parking and come and go as we pleased but now it has to be paid each time.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. It's a pitty that we stayed there only for one night. I wish we could come back and stay for a week there.

Otherwise perfect hotel, romantic classic style, large family room and bathroom with a separate corner (including additional interior door) for the toilet and bidet.

We booked the stay for 2 parents and 3 children via booking.com including breakfast and had paid in advance expecting no additional charges. At the day itself we were charged extra for kids breakfast so we regret that this was not made transparent from the booking.

After living in Germany with the British Army, we have spent a lot of time and money here.

We have paid €362 for 4 nights but we have just tried to book 4 nights in March and fir 1 extea person, so 2 rooms €1062, how do you jump up over €340? Really not happy about this.

Friendly staff, very modern, welcoming hotel, brilliant on site food and drink, lift access, clean rooms, quiet hotel, parking garage, central to the city. Spacious clean rooms and bathrooms.
