coming to Mercure Hameln since years : breakfast is very good, location excellent. very friendly staff at reception and breakfast price/quality : very good

since covid : swmimming pool is closed machine to make fresh orange jus is removed, no more napkins on the tables since the change of policy : hotel is only stay and breakfast no more possibility to have dinner or even a drink on the terrace we come mostly over the WE, rooms are not cleaned : lack of cleaning staff

No-nonsense business-like hotel. Excellent breakfast and nice rooms with a balcony. Decent desk with ac outlets if you have to work on business trips.

Parking space in front of hotel is very limited and not expected for such business-like hotels. A drawback is the fact that a restaurant at the property is lacking, but the city center is at walking distance featuring a variety of food facilities.

Stayed here many times over the years. Business traveler, safe, covered parking downstairs or limited parking directly in-front of hotel (lucky to get one of these spots), Convenient location for Hameln old town and easy access to industrial areas by car, only 2mins walk into town once parked up. Classic German clean, functional business traveler chain hotel. Can't go wrong.

No restaurant anymore, just b-fast room.

The breakfast was excellent everything was available fresh and plentiful. No complaints there. The seating in the dining room was well placed and the attention towards the guests made by the employees was very efficient.

The room which we were given was above the main entrance and the location for smokers. On the second day we spoke with the receptionist and despite the busy situation of guests coming and going she did find us an alternative. We did however remain where we were because the room and the bed was larger and we were mostly out. The important point was certainly made in pleasing us. Therefore there is nothing which I can complain about.

Nice hotel in walking distance of the city centre. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was enjoyable.

The Hotel has no air condition. I did ask but they are unable to provide fans. Even though the windows do open a bit it was quite warm at night. Unfortunately the bar/restaurant area is still closed in the evenings due shortage of staff following COVID.

Close to the city, but just outside. Well kept rooms that were spacious and clean. Really good breakfast.

The hotel looks a bit dated, and not very well kept when you see it from the outside and in the lobby. It's almost confusing as some times you feel like you're walking into a 90ies movie. The phone booths especially stood out. Luckily that impression was wrong for the most part. 🙂 The neighborhood didn't feel too great, but weren't a real problem.

Clean and modern. Nice room. Very comfortable bed. Varied and delicious breakfast included.

The parking is really small and was full, so we had to pay extra on the public one. The room with free water is a bit disappointing. Free coffee and/or tea would be a good addition.

Easy to find, good-sized rooms. Great to have the availability of free bottled water. Breakfast had the best choice on our trip, across 4 hotels, and the restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly.

Staff could have explained the location of the underground car park better and the ability to pay through the hotel. No maid room service was available for refreshing and cleaning the room due to staff shortages.

Great location, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, they all spoke English which was a great help as my German is passable but struggle at times.

Restraunt and bar are no longer available, also the swimming pool is closed

Very comfortable room, spacious for our family of 4 and well equipped including coffee machine, bathroom amenities (really good ones). Room was also very clean and best of all: an EXCELENT breakfast as well as a fridge on 1st floor with unlimited access to still and sparkly water through your stay... Location was good a couple minutes walk to the city center.
